We found All Staff were very helpful, professional and did not treat 2 oldies as fools, (which I find a lot, lately)!
They dealt with questions and
Gavé the reasonable answers.
Very good experience. We did buy what we wanted.

All I can say is from the time I walked into the store to the time I left I felt heard, supported and had a great outcome.

Everything was easy to get around with a walker, underground car parking was easy and the elevator made it simple to get to the shops. Every sales assistant went out of their way to help. I can't speak highly enough of the centre. Thank you, Kurt. Two up.

Fantastic! Initially we were warmly greeted by Kevin who thoroughly investigated our perceived internet requirements before tailoring a plan to suit those needs. Andrew and Ryan also offered input. These customer service providers deserve the highest praise for their service, knowledge and pleasant personalities. We were extremely impressed by their helpfulness in explaining the various options for us to consider in upgrading our internet service. Not only did we receive a faster and more convenient plan, it was also cheaper than our old plan. And we feel that ongoing support, should we require it, would be made readily available to us by the staff. We highly recommend the Telstra staff at The Pines, Doncaster, Victoria to solve whatever situation you present them with. A big thank you from Charles and Patrizia.

I have been with Telstra for a long time now and this is my local store. Andrew and the other staff are highly knowledgeable and operate with a customer first mindset. Highly recommend contacting Andrew next time you are reviewing your phone plans.

I visited the store on 1 November 2021 with a new phone which I purchased overseas. I was having difficulty connecting to the internet and receiving emails. After confirming that the SIM card was working correctly and after great perseverance by the Manager of the store he discovered the rather unusual problem and was able to have the phone working properly. A great result.

Angie and Andrew were very helpful and the attention was excellent. Could not have asked for any better.

Made an appointment to have a problem rectified. Waited only a short time. The staff member greeted me and in less than 10 minutes, problem sorted and I was on my way. The staff that looked after me were very professional and courteous.

Absolutely the best service out. I took in two prepaid phones to get new sims fitted. The guy there was amazing. He was able to copy all the data and photos across in very fast time. I'm going there again.
