34I spent 5 days on the phone trying to get my phone unlocked, was told to go to Telstra store (Warragul) which I did. The person told me that they couldn't do anything about it. So got back on the phone and spoke to more operators who couldn't help me. The second last operator told me to go back to Telstra store and he would give them instructions how to help me. The young woman didn't want a barr of me and made it quite clear. I have to admit I swore about the whole situation and she told me to leave her ' shop' and never come back and said she didn't like my attitude. I said I don't like yours either and looked at her name tag, she straight away covered it and told me it was none of my business. I have never met such an arrogant and rude person in my life. (She was the same person that refused to help me the first time I was there) Any way I started ringing Telstra again and they put me onto the 'specialist' team and still nothing until I emailed and said, I'm contacting the ombudsman. Guess what phone was unlocked that afternoon Wish I had gone to Wolf's in Warragul in the beginning because Jen was bending over backwards to help me in the end. The female from Telstra does not deserve a job there and I've heard so many complaints about her. Step aside and give a decsent person a job.
Unless you actually buying anything they don't want to know you, they just fobbed me off to wolf who were amazing
Went in to pay out the remainder of money owing on a mobile device, was told they couldn’t help that day and to use the Telstra App. You can’t even give them your money!
The lady who served me was lovely though she apologised and got my kids something to colour in as I discreetly raged at the text conversation I was now having with a robot on the App. Been with Telstra for over 15 but no longer
Can't even speak to them instore without appointment even though 2works are standing round doing nothing absolute joke go with another provider
No service and staff not helpful, lift your game we pay a big sum for no service when needed.
Went to warragul store for help with my smart phone, their service was disgusting, was not helpful at all, went to Wolf Telstra Partner Warragul and had a much more pleasant experience and they helped me resolve my issue.
Long wait, got sent to wolf to update contact details - arent they the Telstra Shop - can't even help TElstra. Save your time
This store is shocking the worst customer service that i have ever had. I went in there to purchase a new Iphone outright not too hard i thought, I was told they were too busy and didn, t have the time to serve me i found this very hard too understand as there were very few customers in the store and their were more staff members talking with each other i left the store went to Wolf phones over the road, I got the phone i was after in 10 mins with great service, i will never step into the Warragul Telstra shop again i still cannot understand how bad their service is
Miranda was incredibly helpful and helped us transfer accounts and numbers, something we had been putting off for 2 years. A 2 year long to do list item was fixed in 20 mins! Miranda was amazingly professional and I’m very thankful that they were able to help us out so quickly and efficiently. Thank you for all your help and we will defs be back in the future!
Will never go back there again. First, I picked out a phone only to be told I needed to wait 2 hours before I could even purchase it, but they would help transfer everything to the new phone. Then, after 2 hours, they told me they didn't even have that phone. Offered me another more expensive phone and refused to help set up the phone. Shocking customer service. Went to Wolf where I got the best service and original phone I wanted. Thanks for nothing Telstra Warragul shop
I phone in advance drove 30 minutes but everyone is too busy. While I should be getting lots of Data with my 12 month prepaid package, I am still limited to 2gb a month.
Miserably poor service. I had a simple enquire that could have been sorted out in minutes but was told they were booked out and had no appointments……… there was literally zero customers in the store.

Staff here are friendly and informative. I went in the other day to inquire about switching to their service, and they gave me quite a lot of information about what I was after. Thank you staff

Husband needed help as he could not get his mail on his phone but they told him to go 4 shops down and they might help you. This is not the first time needed help we even went to pay cash for a new phone but no help we went elsewhere where we got good service. The people at Telstra must think they there for display purposes only. USELESS
Terrible customer service. Called to book an appointment as I have a very busy work day so need to use my lunch break to come down. Explain that I need to have my phone fixed or update my plan. Come into town to be told she can only access my account if she scans my drivers licence.
I didn't have it on me and advised I can provide a certified copy via my email/ told she can't look at my account without scanning my licence onto her system. So now I have driven into town and wasted a lunch break and still have a broken phone.
I won't remain with Telstra if they can't even look at my acc and tell me what my options are without physically having a copy of my DL.
Wouldn't have been a problem if I was told I needed these documents when booking the appointment.
THEN to wait half an hour on the phone to telstra to try and talk to someone and then they disconnect the call.
Don't bother going into this store. I would rather drive to Traralgon store over the weekend if I need to go in to cancel my plan.

Staff are extremely unhelpful, they were clearly to busy to help me upgrade my current service. The staff brushed off my questions and I left very disappointed. I will never recommend anyone to this store. Below standard service
