30I went to telstra, point cook store today. The staff member (male) on the entry was so rude to me and my partner. We went there to upgrade our phones and when I tried to ask him about the offers explaining the situation that we both are using telstra and would like to upgrade our phones over a plan. He was so rude and just said there’s nothing. He didn’t even tried to help, seemed like he wasn’t in a mood to work and doing his best to break telstra customers. When we tried to ask him for offers he just made a face and then that was it, me and my partner decided to leave. Worst service ever i got from telstra this morning.
I got my new Telstra device from here, I had a very good experience, smooth transition from old device, excellent customer service from the staff member Pankti, I got exactly what I wanted and got great recommendation for reducing my repayment as well. Truely exceptional service.
I had an encounter with a lovely girl named Monica, she helped me with all my enquiries while keeping a calm, collected, professional and caring attitude; I was very pleased with my visit and will definitely consider becoming a customer with Telstra due to my positive experience with Monica; very pleased to know they have such an amazing worker in their team

Very friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. Great customer service and great atmosphere.
Worse shop ever, first day I went to purchase a phone they told me everything good i wanted to hear but now there is problem, i booked and went there but their telling me because we don't have the phone in stock you need to do it online yourself (which on the day of purchase they told me whenever something happens just come to us and we will simply give you a new phone) and it's policy that you need to do it online but i checked and that isn't the policy.so they've been lying but when i said it's not the policy then wanted me to leave my phone with them and wait till the new phone arrives, but he wasn't even sure that how long it will takes till it comes, first said: might take up to 3_5 business days then said up to 10 business days, then they said it might take even longer, all in matter of 10 minutes. At the end they just sent me away and said we are not able to help you.
Great service, very helpful, polite and will go above and beyond in doing whatever they can to help you.
Werribee Telstra should take a leaf out of Point Cooks book.
Please teach in store person how to serve customer particularly a guy who's with tattoos on hand was sarcastic

Only a 4 minute wait. Unfortunately I went in to take our hotspot dongle and 400GIG data off of our account due to slower speeds than Optus. (34meg download speed for Optus VS 4meg download speed with Telstra)
However only the 400GIG was taken off of our account, and we were still charged $100 for the Dongle even though we didn't want it.
Bit strange, however I seemed to have pi**ed off the clerk by bringing in the dongle in the first place. I guess the dongle cannot be resold so even though we had a cooling off period, they didn't want to take it back, so we were charged $100.
I just gave in and said 'Thank-you, but I'm not going to use it' and went to leave it there, and the man said 'but you have paid for it'. I said 'no I haven't, you are going to charge me for it on my next bill even though we had a cooling off period'. I then Sighed and grabbed it off the table and walked out.
Very annoyed since we only turned the dongle on for 3 minutes to check the speeds, and yet charged $100.

Telstra even tried to charge me $85 for the entire month of internet even though we only received the sim card over the counter yesterday after waiting 3 weeks for it in the mail.
Staff are friendly. Just super dissapointed in telstra for their lack of small plans for kids. Like 40 bucks is the cheapes? Seriously?
Jordan customer service was great. He is attentive in my needs. I bought a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 and he helped me out in the set up with my old one. He took time and not in a hurry and we have a relaxing conversation. TThank you Jirdan
Awesome customer service, Jordan was very helpful and accommodating from the initial call to point of sale, I hope he receives some sort of commission from outright purchases!
Your lose Werribee Telstra
My experience at Telstra Point Cook was a very positive one. Lucas was helpful, knowledgeable and highly profesional. He helped me with my new phone plan, explained everything that I needed to know and even went the extra mile to transfer my data over to my new phone and set my phone up for me. I was very impressed. Thank you!
Zero customer service! Walked in they all looked up and stared then completely ignored us, zero acknowledgement. Not even a curtesy - ‘we won’t be long’ or ‘hello’. Zero focus - busy speaking to each other over the customers in their language. Even after we sat down they were busy chatting to each other!
When i went to the point cook Telstra store to get a postpaid sim, staff memeber just entered all the details in the system and told i am not eligible to get a postpaid sim as it shows 0 credit.
When i asked how can it say 0 credit with just name and employment details (though i am permanent part time employee), he just did not have any answers and said i cant do anything.
When i called the call center later that day and i told my experience in the sore, she told that she would do the checks and if i am not eligible she would tell me the reason as well. When she did the same verification,
I am eligible for the postpaid sim!
Telstra store should train the staff well so that they can serve the customers well.

Didn't answer their phone, I called three times - no answer, lost a customer, now have an appointment at Telstra Werribee - they answered first time!
