Very friendly staff, Kerry the manager and Carlie are the two I have been dealing with. Very kind and extremely sympathetic to my problem.

Very happy with the help and service I received by Logan. Was helped with an account change and Telstra+ purchase without a hassle. Thanks again for the help and to Corey for getting me seen to so quick on the day.

This is down to Trevor, if you have difficulties on your farm with internet and signal, ask to speak to Trevor, he goes beyond the job in every manner, and is a terrific person. Though Telestra store were nice, the fact that they have tech like Trevor on hand makes the all the difference.

What a joke! Asking questions to determine what sort of appointment I need and got told mid sentence he has other people waiting I can't help you further. Rude and unprofessional! Went to Optus

Honestly the worst management in the history of retail. Bevan or whatever his name was is an absolute joke who’s customer service skills amount to something astounding in their complete absence.

Save yourself the effort and go online as it took less time to accomplish what was needed than it took for that blathering bureaucrat to outline the reasons why doing his job was too hard.

I've had my phone in my parents name for about a decade thanks to misinformation from a branch that said it couldn't be transferred and a wrong move by another who just gave me full authority. Bendigo Lansell was able to transfer it easily over about an hour. The bloke who served me, Memphis, was really friendly and I would 100% go back here for any further business.

Worth noting that they also seem to have more availability than their CBD counterpart and seem to be more organized from what I can tell

At less 4 Telstra team members standing around talking to each other and not helping me,
Told me they were to busy and to come back another day.
Wouldn’t recommend going there for customer service

Best service ever received. Trevor fixed our problem on site at our venue, after our systems went down and couldn’t get any results for 5 days of trying various troubleshooting. He had us back up and running within a couple of hours & we will happily call him again if any future issues arise.

You saved my life today. The tech in store was brilliant. He fixed up all my phone concerns that I couldn’t deal with.

Great service today. Friendly staff solved all my problems. Special thanks to Trevor who fixed a broadband internet problem that has been going on for years despite many tech support calls. He explained in simple understandable term of what was wrong and how he was correcting it.

Great experience here today. Friendly staff, very efficient. Yes there was a wait to speak to a consultant; give them your number and they will call you when someone’s available. Managed to fill in 45 mins easily while waiting.

Nathan, Meg and the team at Telstra Kangaroo Flat make dealing with Telstra a pleasure. Nice people- nothing too much trouble. I could never have done what they did. Very happy with the tasks they did including a double phone upgrade.
