41 The team members are incredibly supportive and helpful. On the Australia public holiday I had an issue with the email app on my phone. I had lost everything and was very stressed when I rang for an appointment. The team members calm understanding demeanour put me instantly at ease. They scheduled an appointment for me in a timely manner. Best part they were able to fix my issue in literally 5 minutes.
This is my second interaction with this store. I also upgraded my IPhone with then last year. All data was transferred over seamlessly. Great team providing exceptional service
I migrated to Telstra believing I would get better reception for my business phone around Geelong. I thought I would probably pay more for it but I needed good reception everywhere.
It’s worse than Vodafone, in both number of bars and drop outs. And I still pay more.
I thought they might have improved their service. Unbelievably disappointed.
I visited today after an incredibly unhelpful experience at the Waurn Ponds store and was superbly looked after. Wish I had more stars to vote with, the staff here are amazing. Thank you!
I give 5 stars for the help they try to give me, but a 1 for Telstra.
Being overseas for months, without me making any calls or messages, the $10 daily roaming charge activates itself. One time was 14 X $10, this time 20 x$10. And not just once a day charge, but sometimes 3!
Yes I get refunded, but Telstra has my money for months, no one replied on line, and I have to go to the shop to have this fixed. And no one can tell me why it happens or stop it l!
Went in to BUY a samsung phone knew what I wanted the model etc had to wait at the door till someone came to help could see 2 employees chatting when finally asked what I wanted was told I would have to wait 30 minutes for someone to assist me, extremely bad service went to Big W and was in and out in 5 mins with the same phone, you have definitely lost me as a customer
Signed up for two mobiles the past weekend, haven't been with Telstra for a number of years. Signed up on the 10th June, only to be told I will be again billed on the 24th June. How is that a month? Telstra's poor excuse "That was your previous billing cycle".
I don't care what my previous cycle is, I sign up for a mobile plan I should get billed on the same day of the following month!

I was not impressed as I have to wait for over 10 days to get an appointment. I pay $15 a month to see a tech guy and they told me he would not be able to help me as it was an account problem.
All very good, takes awhile to up grade to a new phone after 3 yrs. Dealing with a great staff member.
It is important to have security questions, as identifiers. Probably more important than traditional identity like a licence as customer chooses them. You'll take my money but not help me because I'd this! Do better
Visited the Geelong store today to get a new phone plan and home internet - we had the best experience with Hudson, he explained everything efficiently, was very knowledgable, and went out of his way to make sure all of our needs were met. Couldn't have asked for better service, what a legend!
Very disappointing visit, was the worst service we recieved, my wife and myself, we spent 2000$ on the day and nothing was explained to us properly regarding the phones we purchased,
Excellent customer service from the staff at Telstra. Very efficient at problem solving for customers.
Had very bad experience. Made a booking so had to come back 3 hours later which was ok, then i had to wait another 30mins in there before i was served and the staff were so rude. I have business phones and private phone with you guys. Makes me wonder.
Telstra corporate beast is all about making money. Here you have to make an appointment to buy a phone, and then once you have nobody is available for after sales service
If any problems of the Telstra prepaid and many more others Telstra products you always visit here's also new mobiles phones and acssesry available, staffs ever available for the any problems guidence
Simple request. Change from Optus to Telstra. You would think they were paying me. It seems impossible yo get a store to do this

What a waste of time. Went into to store to get some advice on a portable wifi and plan. Greeted by young lady who said she'd place me in the queue and would probably be an hour. Told her to forget it. Why not either employ more staff so can deal with customers when they come in or have the young lady help staff rather than just place us in a queue. Tyring to replicate Apple. Not on. When I take the time to go to a shop, call me old fashioned, but I expect staff to serve me. Not put me in a queue. Never again.
