Staff try so hard to b helpful but the systems let them down, and there is never enough staff on so wait time is ridiculous

Two days back, Someone used my cloned credit card for 2000 and 500 AUD online payment in this store, this just show a lack of security and this a criminal act. I hope the store / back can restore my money soon.

Worst experience ever, not just this time, everytime. Specifically Thier new manager, he is so racist. Told me that he can't help me but straight away helped another person after me.

WARNING:
After waiting 15 minutes, the person I met put me in a virtual queue and told me it would take 45 minutes to be served. After 1 hour and 50 minutes approximately I met with a telstra rep who then gave me a phone number to followup Netgear support about a faulty device this store sold me.

Now I am chaing around couriers and netgear support myself and I will not have the device for weeks (months maybe?) until it is repaired. If Netgear declines to repair the device, I am on my own. The device is 10 months old and faulty - this should have been handled by Telstra, I don't need a second job handling Telstra's faulty devices.

If you receive a faulty device from Telstra, be prepared for a similar nightmare experience!

Terrible, terrible service. I checked in and waited 40 minutes there before giving up. Meanwhile, three staff are standing around chatting amongst themselves. I might as well have been invisible. Where do they find these people to work at Telstra? The dole queue? Or the sheltered workshop?

Great service and service might not be the cheapest in the market but has the best network coverage and speed, without question in the country

Telstra 's customer service is ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH!
The internet was supposed to be activated at our new home 10 days ago. I spent hours on the phone trying to get it resolved. At end of every phone conversation, I was promised to get a call back for update, but no one ever called me!
Yesterday I received a text message from Telstra telling me my backup service would be restricted. Today I spent one and half hours on the phone and got hold of a "supervisor", named Sunita. She promised the service won't be restricted and she will call me back in 2 hours. Guess what! She didn't call me back and the service has been restricted!
Feel so disgusted by such poor treatment!

If you enjoy dealing with pathetic and ability challenged people then this is the store for you. Was willing to commit to a 24-month contract but sales ppl managed to stuff things up royally.

Cayla is the most malicious staff including Telstra itself. Issuing illegal invoices and charging customer illegal fees without proof.

Small Telstra store; located within the Telstra HQ, but open to public. Limited selection of devices on display. Usually an efficient place to sort stuff out however, as it's rarely crowded. Staffed by knowledgeable friendly staff.

Spoke with staff member who tried to help renew an account. Spent 25 minutes, but was unable to complete transaction because they weren't trained on the computer program and other staff unable/unwilling to step in. Best advice was to go to another store.
Friendly staff, but we left empty handed and ultimately had our time wasted.
