Don't bother going to the normal telstra stores like chadstone, parkmore etc.just go straight here to this hidden gem where you're served straight away.

This Place is great. Al the staff members are very helpful and always able to assist with my request, no matter how small it is. Have moved all my business over due to the great knowledge and service!

Customer service is just outstanding. Staff are genuinely interested in your needs rather than hard selling you like other stores around.

Excellent place to shop, great staff who knew what they're doing and talking about unlike many other retailers who either don't have the time or the patience unless it's a quick sale. Got our S21 and iPhone here with a discounted month to month, got sick of the Optus network and before then Vodafonenl was even worse. No substitute for coverage even if I only needed it that one time, better to have it and not need it, than need it but not have it.

Have had a very good deal on Telstra plan, and with the latest iPhone. Very happy with there professional service and attitude! Well done!

Really recommend these guys. My partner and I switched to Telstra from Vodafone and got a good deal for Samsung s21 ultra prepaid plan. Thank you Ivan for being so friendly and going an extra mile for customer every time. After purchase I had some questions and the sim card was modified but Ivan was so helpful, called us to check If everything worked fine and even stayed after working hours to help resolve the issue with sim card.
