I WAS an Optus customer, but after visiting this business I am now a telstra convert, the service was second to none, I got a mobile plan changing over from optus and am saving $40 a month. Do yourself a favour and head in there today.

Good service initially when selling me a new phone and plan, by a young male and a trainee. However, the young male sales assistant told me to return once I'd finalised setting up my new phone so he could then arrange trade in with Kingfisher, saying this was quicker and easier than navigating it myself online.

Upon returning today, another sales assistant (female with an accent) told me this was not possible, even after I pointed out the other assistant who advised me of this. She said I must do this online myself and an envelope will be sent to me as the stores themselves don't accept trade in phones. Incorrect information from someone and having now reset the phone, it's frustrating as I've spent hours trying to set the phone back up to add Kingfisher ap and Google account. I STILL have not been able to finalise the trade in as unlike Telstra staff, I'm not trained in navigating this and once I removed the Google account as instructed by the ap, it would not proceed. Also, Kingfisher advised I DO return the phone to the store.

Definitely not what was promised at point of sale, inaccurate information and signals that after sales service is not a priority, they only want new commissions. They won't receive my business again and I typically purchase a new top spec phone every two years.

Extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this store. When returning an Apple watch to be fixed after recently purchasing, using my long saved Telstra Points, I had the watch returned without any bands at all. Then on returning to the store I was randomly provided with bands found somewhere in the store. The bands given to me were not the original bands nor the colour that was originally purchased. I have had my multiple enquires dismissed by staff. Very disappointed, as this was a gift.

Indifferent service, waited 20 mins to be served then they couldn't help me - 3rd time trying to get a phone from them. Went to another Telstra store and got great service and solved my problem.

Fantastic assistance this morning from Amaya, hoping I have her name right as she helped us get a new phone set up with all the accessibility that was needed. This was our 3rd visit and today we finally left happy thanks to this young ladys efforts. Much appreciated.

If you are ever looking for any services at this store I would highly recommend asking for Todd Cooper. By far one of the best customer service representatives I have ever dealt with.

We had a lot of trouble trying to get our new phone to play ball with us, we went into store in wendouree village to get assistance, Im pleased to say the staff were fantastic especially TIM, he was so patient and so friendly I must say it was a pleasure doing business with them.thanks Tim 10/10

Chelsea is a super star. I had a negative experience at another Telstra store not being able to help me and making no effort to try to so I travelled further on the hope Wendouree might be able to help me and they delivered. Brilliant customer service! Thank you.

Tried to explain my phone problem women hung up in my ear I recorded conversation there is nothing in it for her too do that just not interested in helping contract runs out in 2 months wont be renewing with telstra after 40 years of loyalty
