53 So we get told to make an online appointment to visit this store because they are usually too busy for walk ins.
I make the appointment on Friday for this morning, get to the store just before opening time, wait around for 10mins or so for it to open, eventually some of the staff who are also waiting tell me that the manager is late and I'll have to wait for 30 to 45mins or so, have others with me, can't do that.
Almost 3hrs later I get a call asking if I still want my appointment or would I like to re book? You've got to be joking!
Apparently I'm a Telstra gold tier customer whatever that means, hate to think what you get for bronze! Had issues with this store before usually go to Epping but thought I'd give Sth Morang another go as the store is considerably closer to me, won't do that again!
P. S. They cut keys at Bunnings!
Great service. The level of customer service provided by Adrian was just amazing. I wanted to port in my vodafone number to telstra and Adrian was so patient and helped me in this process. 5 stars for his service. Next time anyone going in this store ask for Adrian. Cheers!
Andre and Charla, was the best on service, they help me with the most complicated order that I thought I would never get done, but in the end got through to it for me and got a new phone and plan on the day!

Update: answer to the reply I got from Telstra: the wait time was nothing compared to the worst customer service and the extremely rude lady. That's the main issue!
Main review: I recently had the worst experience with Telstra's customer service. I tried calling them for three days, but no one answered the phone.
When I finally went to the branch in person, I was met with a rude and disrespectful representative who told me it was none of my business when I nicely brought up the fact that I had been trying to call. I was told they didn't have time to serve me and was given an appointment for the next day.
When I arrived at the appointed time, I had to wait for half an hour to be seen.
The representative I dealt with was the same rude lady again and treated me and my questions with disdain and disrespect.
She kept me waiting there for more than one hour and then she said they can't serve me because they don't provide service in my area!
This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and I would not recommend Telstra to anyone due to their unprofessional and rude behavior.
The wonderful lady i dealt with had outstanding customer service skills. Very helpful with great knowledge, it was a pleasure dealing with her when I was not feeling well.

Booked an Appointment.was told to wait for an hour, waited for an hour, and to my surprise didn't even called me even though they were free. Not happy. Vodafone's service was way better.

I was very happy with this Telstra shop. It was my go to destination for all things phone related. I've had 4 phones on a family plan for 20 or more years. When my daughter wanted a new phone I came straight here. They told me I couldn't get my daughter's new phone on the family plan. I had to open a separate account. I left and got a family plan for our 4 phones at Optus. Very happy with their customer service.
Friendly staff and ample seating capacity. They also seem to have a stock of everything except the latest iPhones. Was able to take my order and complete all within the first 10-15 mins of me entering the store.
I had the most wonderful experience at your store on Saturday with your fantastic representative, Leah. I was changing from another provider and Leah was so thorough, prompt, kind, knowledgable and authentic. I have never, ever, experienced customer service of such high standard. Leah, thank you for being a ray of sunshine! You deserve a million stars!
Extremely poor service.
Came in two days and was sent back as they say they were busy to simply activate my sim.
Got a new phone Georgia was very helpful unfortunately phone was faulty aswell as the second replacement phone I received but she was super helpful and getting it resolved

Went to Telstra Plenty Valley get new phone around 4.15 pm.only one customer in the shop sales girl come and said they don’t have time.
Staff extremely friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure that you are fully informed and understand the product you want.

Went to upgrade an iphone 11 pro max to a 13 pro max, didn't realize that we got given a 13 pro instead, that was not the issue, probably some miscommunication because of the color, but anyway, 30 minutes later we take it back, said they would not change it because it was opened, issue being that they opened it in the first place and the person working there was being very unprofessional and literally blaming us for the problem, it was a different employee though. Would not recommend this store, drive to Epping or Northland where we have never had any issues, and save yourself some grief.
