Really disappointed with their service, was served by a young man who told me I wasn’t allowed to do a transfer of ownership even though southlands store allows it and told us to come back twice (since waiting times were a couple hours) I went to parkmore a couple days later to save me the trip all the way back to Southland and they refused, they said they’d be surprised if any Telstra would do that for me. So now for the third time I have to head back to Southland just for the same thing that parkmores Telstra team could’ve done, it was obvious he was just being lazy and didn’t want to do the job, I had the correct details with me including the phone, the sim, my ID along with approval of the current owner to transfer it and he still refused.sad my local store has zero care or thrive to do the job they are supposed to, instead wasting my time and everything else around it.

Horrible experience with the manger Wendy.
I needed an E-sim replacement provided them my Marine driver license and i had with me many other cards to proved if she would asked.i don't have driver license because i got suspended.she refused to help me.and told me off the store.i will write to Telstra headquarters.i am paying at least $300 a months for my service and this is how i got treated by Wendy the the manager.

Sunny hooked us up. My big gerls 1st contract phone. Was soo quick & efficient. Literally everything done in 45mins. Awesome service waited all of 3mins to be served. Ill be sending my famz to Sunny. Thanks Sunny

Went to Parkmore Telstra shop for some help today Thursday 6/4/23.
I went there last time for some assistance but I wasn't successful so I had to go back there again thinking this time I would get some assistance.
As I walked in there I was again greeted by the same assistant who couldn't help me last time so and I asked to see the manager but unfortunately he wasn't available and they asked me see another customer service assistant who was extremely rude.
The tone he spoke to me made all the heads turn around and see who he was addressing to.
I felt so bad, disrespectful and guilty as if I had done a serious crime for asking to see a manager for some help. I had to walk out of that shop with tears in my eyes and feeling sad and depressed.

Bought mobile plan from this store, have urban charger for 40$, charger turned out faulty, asked for replacement. Picked up can one time, rudely said contract manufacturer. Never picked out answered my call every again. Worst service ever, they are very shift, never buy from them. Other Telstra stores are better and more transparent. The staff is very rude as well. Never buy from this shop.

Very unhappy with the service Telstra Parkmore gave today. Not helpful, not prepared to help solve my problem. Won’t be going there again.

I’ll go to the Telstra owned shop at Southland next time

Red alert stay away from this store Let me just start of with I place a order online for the new iPhone pro max I received it today and being exited that I got it I opened the box and realised it was just a pro not a max I message Telstra online they admitted wrong they cave me a case number and said take it down to your nearest Telstra store and they will replace it for you. I walked in very confident that I would get my phone replace as I had all the documentation ready I was confronted by Nick store manager he said it not there problem as they are owned differently and Telstra store is different and they can not and will not help me very disappointed I would stay right away from Telstra Paramore store as if they didn’t sell you the phone they don’t care.
Very nice looking store and feels nice but manger Nick and staff really put this nice looking store down
would rather drive to Geelong to a store that has customer service

Worst service, not trained staff, very rude. Except one person all seems to be hopeless. I will not recommend any of my friends to go there. They are not respecting customers.

Customer service is really bad. Modem was faulty and we in the midst of moving. Internet couldn’t be connected at the new property as the modem was faulty. However nbn connection was good & we’d been on telstra contract more than 2 years. Telstra connection team put a note in the system that we can exchange the modem at Keysborough store as they have stocks. First I made an appointment early on the day, and manager has spoken on the phone, he asked me to come at 4.30pm. He forgot to made the appointment in the system. When we went into the store we were turned back saying they forgot & too busy to serve now. They had 2 numbers, 1800 number given to me by telstra head office. They didn’t even know they had those two numbers until I showed them that also ringing. Then he made an appointment at 3.30pm next day, I even came early from work. But then I was told until the connection established they cannot provide a modem. I was kinda confused, because we are already with telstra billing cycle, and yet they still wanted to be connected to internet to exchange a faulty modem. I don’t know why they treating their existing loyal customers like this. Bad name to Australian 1st class customer service.

Fantastic, reliable and friendly customer service provided at the shop by Shubham and Duran, who understood my requirement to transfer 2 numbers from Boost to Telstra and went about it very patiently and diligently, even though a part of the job extended beyond the store closure hours by a few minutes.

The worst customers service. 3 of the workers there dont understand what they are doing. They dont even know how to port a new no to my existing account. Never come back here and never use telstra again. You guys should train your people probably

I would highly recommend this Telsta store over the one at Southland. The staff here are much more friendly and helpful.

Customer service over here is honestly fantastic, real good blokes. My experience at other providers cough* Optus, Vodaphone *cough didn’t treat me as well as these guys did. They also know how to keep up a great appearance with having fresh as haircuts whenever I pass by.

One of the best stores for customer service. They understood my complicated problem with the on-line system and fixed everything quickly. These guys are fantastic.

I reached this store with almost no hopes as the customer service representative at telstra helpline number told me that I will not be able to get my number back easily. But, I'm really impressed with the professional service by the staff member SANJAYA and the store manager for helping me retrieve my old number very easily without any hassle. Keep up the good work guys. Cheers!
