34 Absolutely rediculous I’ve tried 4 weeks in a row to upgrade my phone and been turned away every time this is a joke, still 30 minutes and more till closing I live over 30 minutes away and have driven in every time.
Honestly does it take over half an hour to upgrade?
Absolutely hopeless. The girl at door wasn’t interested in me or updating my phone, appeared to no idea what she was doing. Really!
After 30 yrs with Telstra, I’m finished.
I’ve given 1 star because I’m feeling kind.

A company with totally UNETHICAL standards.
I would suggest using the Optus Network wherever possible.
It is a travesty that my Personal SIM and Mobile Phone Number are provided by Telstra.
My Non-Personal SIM and Mobile Phone Number are provided by AustPost (on the Optus Network).
My OPPO phone has dual onboard SIM cards, which means that there is no longer any need to carry two mobile devices.

Staff could not care about you or the fact that they charge for a service they don't supply
Just went into the store to help my dad with a phone & 2 staff members kept on saying I'm not sure they weren't keen to help.
I walked out & rang telstra in Melbourne & they helped me with in 5 minutes. Not happy with the service
The times shown say the shop shuts at 5.00pm. I arrived art 4.40pm only to find they shut at 4.00pm as per sign at the door. Not good enough! Update this site!
Can't get an appointment online, 1 and half week wait for a warranty claim.why pay premium for Telstra?
Very slow at coming to find out what you want or greet you.
Only have from start of hour appointments. What's that all about? So if your there only 20mins who gets the rest of your time or do they just walk around and look busy?
In Brisbane they have an excellent non time wasting system.
You go in and if they are busy you give them your phone number and they send you a msg for you to come back.
This is with every customer and none of this on the hour appointments they also give you an approximate time as to when you might be msged.
Tried to get a phone replaced under warranty (less than a few months old) and was told that unless they physically see the issue they can't replace it. Then magically without seeing the issue (also well known to happen with the phone model) they started the replacement procedure. In the end we were told that to get the replacement phone there was a $50 fee, and that if we didn't like that we could take the faulty phone home.
Totally ridiculous experience that was infuriating. Jess, you were great and did your best to help, were sympathetic to the trouble we were having with Telstra, and got SOME sort of action going. And to you Stacey, I've never seen an employee who was so uninterested and lazy when their younger coworker asked for help - and no, I dont accept "huh, no idea what that cost is for.just what it says" as an answer when I asked why we had to pay the $50 charge.
Ring in the morning, get told they have what your after, only to travel an hour to be told they can't help and shutting early, no mention of that when I was on the phone and told them I would be over in the afternoon
Made appointment so they served me on time but unfortunately couldn't do what I want, though Hamilton Telstra said the y could?
They give you the wrong advice since changing staff members it's gone down the drain. Gives wrong info and you cannot walk in off the street for help
Totally disappointed by the welcome of the woman this morning for my BF. He drove 1h to get a new plan and the woman was to lazy to serve a customer how doesn’t speak very well English just because there is « to many client in the shop ». The seller came a first time when it was his turn and when she realized he was not a good English speaker she left to an other customer and came 30min after to announce him that there is to many client and she could not serve him. I heard her on a call she was not very clear about why the others customer were served first (she did not confirm any appointment with the others clients).
Can we qualify this behaviour of racist?
I’m not gone say yes but they need to be more professional for the next time
Went into the store today they had 1 iPhone 14 pro left, made the appointment for 2.30 I had to drive 40 min home to get my purse & 40 back, I was 13 min off when I got a phone call from the store saying the phone had been promised to someone else, how does this happen the staff seem to have no idea what’s going on. Will not ever return to the Horsham store again!

A very helpful Chris, made our day. Old phone died, got new one and all sorted. Nothing like one on one customer service.
Have a power problem with a telstra modem. Visited local telstra shop, modem worked briefly so no further interest. Still have the problem. They used to have a resident tech but now it appears to be 'No immediate sale = little interest or support. And yes it's a telstra contract. "Not happy Jan".
Telstra staff provided an excellent service in assisting me with the selection of a replacement mobile phone. They also helped me to change and update my plan to a more efficient and affordable one.
Telstra chat is a total waste of time so went to store guy not very attentive. Did his job with the minimum of courtesy. Then while l was talking got out of his chair and walked away like l was excused and proceeded to ask for his next customer. Totally rude. Telstra should be ashamed.
Denied services twice in 4 months, saying no one is free. Very rude and unprofessional. Wouldn't try going to telstra horsham shop again.
