Most staff were unhelpful (Their response - "We are just a retail store, you need to contact Tech support"). When I contacted Tech support they were unhelpful (Their response - "Our system is cleared, it must be an Optus problem"). Overall, the store is a reflection of Telstra the business.

Thanks for the Robot Response "Christine from HQ". It is typical of all your other responses - you give some weasel words from Corporate Office and you think that is enough, instead of dealing with the problem. You just don't get it - my review (and others) described how poor the store dealt with problems, and your suggestion is to go back to the store. Why not provide the contact details of Corporate Office so that all of the people providing a bad review can escalate their problem?

Absolutely the worst place ever, the manger is so rude and no help. I spent 5k on phones to return the next day as I had an issue with one of the phones, he said it wasn't his problem. Get rid of your manager Telstra he is an absolute joke. Lucky I went to samsung in doncaster where they fixed the issue in less than 5mins.

Recently had a connectivity issue between two Apple devices and although it took just on 2 hours to resolve the staff, led by Rowan, were all too happy to assist. All fixed with patience and care. Was very impressed.

Overall pretty happy with them. Zavier, Rowan, Tahlia were very helpful. Went there with my 1 week old phone with heating issue.they replaced it immediately.

It's Telstra. Don't set your standards high and you'll come away thinking it was an average experience.

I note that Telstra have asked me to make contact so that they may have an opportunity to improve thier customer experience.

The problems are self evident and the fact that I need to identify them is in itself a problem.

I visited the store during the week to port my number, after filling required form, it was promised that they give me a call and finish the port which never happened, I went back to store to get a reference number of my request to be able to follow that up, but instead of helping me with request they said they don't have time and they don't know if or when I can book a time today. What really disappointing was to see how do they treat elderly customers infront of me desperate with their request, being ignored and being unhelpful and rude to them. Telstra, you certainly can do a lot better when it come to customer service and train your staff.

Very poor service from the three employees on duty today (31/07/2021). I made the trip to Telstra Greensborough following a call with Telstra and provision of a form I had filled out for the transfer of a mobile phone contract to my name (I was retaining my mobile number after leaving my employer who had held the contract up until that time). Both Telstra staff member on the call and the Telstra form were clear that I could take the issue to my local Telstra store to resolve what I thought would be a simple task. I have never experienced such contempt for a customer, all three staff took turns giving me different excuses for why they couldn't help me which I calmly questioned and worked through. Once they ran out of excuses I was told that they were finishing soon (it was 4pm, closing @ 5pm) and didn't have the staff capacity to assist me further (there was one other customer seated in store to the three staff members present). My impression throughout this experience is that they just didn't want to assist me at all and their efforts to dissuade me were transparent (e.g. I was told the contract was with a Telstra franchise so they were unable to assist - this statement was incorrect, the form was missing my mobile number-which I then provided, the signature was hard to read - I had a digital version with the signature on it and said it could be reprinted if required, however I was advised it could not be printed in store as it was a privacy issue and finally, the store did not deal with these issues on weekends and I needed to book in advance - despite the form being clear that I just had to simply take it to my local Telstra store for processing). It is a real shame to see young people with that sort of attitude working in businesses as their behavior is ultimately not in the interests of their employer or the customer. They need leadership, training and role modelling to ensure they do not develop bad work habits like that for life (it is no wonder big business is automating these people out of employment!). I was looking to buy a new iphone to go with my contract, guess I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Poor customer service from the manager. The previous manager was exceptional new manager is unable to be emphatic or helpful with customers. Needs to go back to customer service training at Telstra.

I spoke with this lovley calm girl who had experience in all walks of life Aisha is her name so if ever you need some help ask for Aisha she is a real quality to telstra beautiful person I think this girl deserves some sort of something she's a tryer and a real go getta so yes greensborough ask for aisha

The most pathetic and lousy telco products provider in the country hands down. Stepped into the store on Friday afternoon with my family and subscribed a new postpaid plan with an Apple Watch and tablet pro. Consultant by the name - Dylan told me that I will be contacted in 24 hours since there is a problem with the system. 5 days later and several voice messages later, I’m still chasing for a response. My billing kicked off on same day and no accountability whatsoever from Greensborough Telstra store. Shame for our country that the telco services have gone to the dogs.

Over the past 4 years I have been to Telstra Greensborough several times and I have found their staff had no idea of their own products or services and were of no help. I have attended other stores and found they have been able to help. If you want service or advice I would NOT attend Greensborough they are of no help. One star given as that is the lowest I could

After leaving my pixel 4xl with this store to have it replaced under warranty in 3to5 business days, it's been 20 business days and still nothing. Left multiple phone messages over the last 2 weeks and not one returned even though when I went into the store to ask what was happening, I was told that they normally return calls after 430 due to how busy the store is, yet not one returned call. Try calling the 13 number and they have no idea as no one has left notes on my file.

The agents will never address a technical query, they usually connect you via telephone to a customer care centre like I cannot do that myself.

Telstra has to be the worst Telecommunication company to get to speak to the correct people. No one seems to know what goes
Try and make a call on thier support number and you could be talking to anyone around the world who absolutely have no idea what to do.

Also local stores are just not interested once you confront them with a problem and just say 'Call Support' pethethic.

Received excellent customer service from a staff member. He went above and beyond to assist me with my enquiry.

Edit: I've had another transaction with this store and they are still on top of customer service and keeping customers happy! Although I have had many issues with Telstra as a company, the team at Greensborough are the diamond in the rough. Thank you.

Kristen you were amazing. I went into to the store with an online order that was completely stuffed up and Kristen was so helpful in fixing it and redoing the order. I will not order over the phone again i will just go straight into store. Thank you so much.
