45 Went to change the plan said your plan can't be changed by the system due to some restriction indont know what what that she gave me a card with number ro call though I was standing in the store.
Very simple sense that it's impossible. To make sure went to ground floor another Telestra service Finished my job just in few min.
Two different services by the company represetive located in the same mall.
No more interest In Telestra.
Went into shop at 3 pm and asked to be put on a plan. Lady said her time was booked out today and asked if I could come tomorrow. Unbelievable.
I went to both the Telstra shops in fountain gate to inquire about my Telstra plan and home phone today. Only the staff of the shop on the ground floor was helpful. Thanks Ali for the help and advice. It’s greatly appreciated.
The staff need more training in what they should already know. Totally waste of time I will never ever go back there again.

What can you say it's Telstra the place you love to hate but you go with them because there is nothing better.but it still does not make them good
They guys where amazing to deal with, but I was told a week and had to wait Almost 4 weeks and no phone replacement in the mean time
I walked into Telstra (Level 1) located close to Kmart during the weekend, when Ryan greeted me. I explained to him the issue I had been having with Telstra from the Eden Rise store and their technical support line. Ryan took down all my details and the case number I provided him. He was so efficient in his dealings and was able to fix the problem within a day or two. He was extremely helpful, calm and patient as he helped me to connect all the wires/modem to my NBN, slowly explaining what I needed to do. He literally went above and beyond, I am super grateful. You are certainly an asset to this company. Thanks Ryan!
The manager Michael there is awful! He doesn’t listen and tried to get his team to make people only go on direct debit. When discussed that legally we are to have 2 forms of payment, he was rude and wouldn’t listen. I’ve never missed a payment yet he said it’s the only form of payment. Never going there again.
Great service! Super easy, considering Covid restrictions. Was nice enough to even get a follow up call this morning to make sure everything was okay with my new device. Very happy customer
I have gone to this Telstra shop a day before to set up my iPad plan. Honestly I wanted to post a 1 star review the day before as when I arrived they had no bookings for me when over the phone they told me to come in, then made me run around the whole shopping centre after saying that it must of been booked at another store and by the time I got back they were closed (it was at the store I went to first as the number I rang was wired to there), the next day I arrived without a booking and I want to say that Nick has exceeded my expectations, has set me up a plan with in minutes and I could not be more happy, Nick is a very good employee and cares about the customers, his customer service is outstanding and very exceptional. Thank you Nick for serving me this morning, I could not be happier:)

Never phone you back with updates after they say they will. Still waiting for my phone more than a month later. TERRIBLE SERVICE!
Very disappointing in the young lady that served us about 6 weeks ago, got new phone and a goodie bag of stuff was told it's free, l said what we both get the item's she's like yes they are free with the phone you got. Again hubby and l said we never get anything for free what's the catch, she again said there is no catch. OK great, made us go away for 45 minutes due to virus and not able to have many in store at once, then went back young girl gets us to sign.no reading the contract as we had to get out as people were coming in.
Then we get our bills and now have $15 each to pay for those item's that we were told were free. NOT HAPPY AT ALL
Heads up. When some one from this store tells you that accessory items, like chargers, power banks and cases are 'free', get them to specifically show you on your contract where it says, they're for free.
After being charged an extra $15 a month for the term of our contract, my wife complained to both Telstra and the FG shop about being lied to.
We were told by both that you should have read your contract.
A shady practice that pits your word against theirs.
Never had a problem contracting the phone but would never have grabbed the accessories, had we been not lied to and told were for 'free' For the record we have an impeccable payment record with all our Telstra services.
Really disappointed.
I guess it's the old saying, 'nothing is for free'.
And please don't bother responding to the review Telstra.
Virtue signalling may be one of your strong points and that goes hand in hand with lying.
Waited to see a consultant for 20 minutes then spent another 20 processing paperwork only to be told that after 30 years as a telstra customer I would have to apply for a credit check and come back another day
