Jimmy was very helpful in helping me firstly get my mobile set up and then the home phone service for my elderly mum. See him if you happen to go in store
Lucky to get that rating, very cold atmosphere, the customer before me &myself, seemed to be an interruption to their day, what ever they did to help me failed once I got home, so I had to seek others of Telstra on Sunday
Useless people no help overall had to call up telstra and wait 2hours customer service bad.

Entered 4: 40pm on Saturday, no one attended even though no customers all reps busy in gossiping. Had to go out and come back again and unfortunately entered the shop and was told they were closing. I was about to purchase pro max, but bad customer service made me not to return this shop again. Lazy customer service.
Just a bunch of bogans who works at this store how have no respect and no knowledge about how to treat customer.
Even though i went for appointment and later received email saying that i cancelled my appointment.
Also Telstra is a ripoff no less than that. Charging $68 whereas other carriers are charing $40.
I went there to get help with activating my service. As I unable to get any assistance over the phone and team members very helpful and fixed it…
I just had a horrible experience at Dandenong Telstra today I went store around 12pm
For upgrade 2 mobile plans and pay my bills.one of staff member told me to No one able to help me until 3.30 pm and he ask me to come 3.30 pm. I went there 3.30pm. Then he told me You didn’t ’ book an appointment and no one can help me that time I was call with Telstra online customer service member, He ask me to pass the phone to dandenong store staff member and he requested help
Me to pay my bill, because some reason couldn’t process payment by online or over the phone. That time dandenong Telstra staff member told to Telstra online support team he tried to help me and customer (me) doesn’t know app password or any detail. I was furious and I told him why I don’t know my password? He didn’t ask my password or he didn’t try to help me but he show to online staff member to he tried to help me but can’t help what a lier? When I come to store he should tell me to make an appointment and why he lie. Absolutely disgraceful how they treated me in this store will not ever go here. I’m recommend to go to Dandenong Telstra store
Went in today to ask for help with new phone.guy walking around with ipad asked if I wanted anything I asked him to help set up my emails.extremely unhelpful told me to come back in an hour but then said they can't help me.i found him very arrogant.real quick to sign you up for a new phone but un willing to assist with anything else. I left the store very annoyed at being so quickly dismissed. Doubt I will bother buying anything there again!
Absolutely awful store with horrible and useless staff (especially Afghan girls, talking and laughing all the time during work hours) not recommend at all.
Great service, efficient communication from Shir and a really easy way with lots of help and support to get a sim plan. I will recommend this Telstra store

I was told 20min wait but it was much quicker than that. I think it was a guy training but the female employee was standing right behind him to fix any mistakes (not that there was many) It was quick & easy & I was out of the store. I was getting a new sim set up as I was having trouble setting it up online, through my app & even the online live chat guy couldn't do it so thanks guys for a lovely experience with Telstra for once

I just had a horrible experience at this place today i went in to buy a new iPhone 13 as my old phone was broken, and was treated as-if i was a criminal or something because i wanted to pay half cash and half card, they told me that was not allowed, last time i checked cash was legal tender. They then told me i should go to the bank to put money in to purchase which i couldn't as my old phone was broke and couldn't access my netbank. Utterly disgraceful performance, i ended going to vodaphone 2 mins after and they had no problem with me buying a phone with half cash and half card. Absolutely disgraceful how they treated me in this store will not ever go here again.
This store used to be great earlier during early 2020. I subscribed to my NBN at this store. And I also have business landline+NBN from Telstra. But now almost a month back people were found to be lazy to attend customers. I had a billing issue, but the rep said it's a long process and come next day although there weren't any customer inside store. Upon showing dissatisfaction, he tried to book after consulting store manager after 3hrs.
I am regretting going to Telstra, should have signed up with Optus for much cheaper and better customer experience in store. (I have business mobile services with Optus).
