Jarod was an amazing help to me today. He went above and beyond, made lots of phone calls to find what I was looking for and called me back when he said he would to give me updates. If I could give him 10 stars out of 5 I would. He’s made my Christmas very much merrier. Great job Jarod!:)

Biggest joke and scam of a company. We have out WIFI set up with them, but not even 3 rooms get adequate service. When we complain about our wifi cutting in and out they tell us that it’s bc our walls are too thick, and we don’t have a good system. We turned to them for their experience and expertise, they are a complete joke and unable or unwilling to provide assistance. My next step might be heading the the ACCC.

Told by Telstra Help to go into a local shop to change my plan. At Telstra Northland, a 2-hour wait to see anyone! Hopeless!
Very helpful sorted our issue after I had spent hours trying to get it sorted over the phone with supposed support staff (what a joke)
We couldn't resolve the matter in store, I had to call them on the phone at home, after 137minutes and 50 seconds, mum has a new phone service. So much waisted time, when it could have been resolved in the Telstra store. NOT HAPPY.
If I could give less than one star, I would.
Most rude, arrogant and disrespectful people work here. Lack basic senses.
They don’t wanna hear your issues regarding their service, they only entertain people who are spending money (new customers) and they don’t care about their ongoing customers (because we are already stuck with this company and paying them already)

Went there to change my Post-paid to pre-paid. The wait time is exactly same no matter which day I went, no appointment before 1.30pm. Sent me home with a SIM kit to do myself, stuck with sick customer service who bearly understands anything! Gives me a number to call, the automated voice directs me to online. The endless loop of frustration. God knows what these guys really do!

I would like to thank Customer service representative Amber, I had put off upgrading my phone for a long time but got to the stage I had to. Amber was amazing nothing was a problem to her assisting me she transferred everything which I knew I would have trouble doing so thank you Amber and Telstra you need to employ more people like her. When I first made the appointment I was told that I would not be able to get staff to do the transfer to my new phone and this put me off however Amber to the rescue so thank yo Amber
Was made to wait for 10min,
Wile 4 staff sat around on the lab tops
Then two left and went home …
Worst Telstra service store EVER
I’ve had a wonderful experience at this Telstra store. The team was warm and welcoming, and lovely Jason helped me fix my issue with an energetic attitude.
Worst service experienced. No one bothers to come and check with the customers waiting. Made to wait for 30 minutes and still no response.
Today had an excellent experience with Jason who was very helpful, informative and knowledgeable about our questions and advice sorted. Excellent customer service thank you. Very nice dealing with face to face contact.
The staff here are a delight. I wandered in, unaware of the exceptional service that was to be offered, and was taken by surprise. Jason is helpful and proficient in his work. He devised a solution to my problem lickety split, accompanied by a cordial and cheery disposition.
TLDR He’s a chill dude and a cool guy.
