I have walked in multiple times and every time I have walked out with a smile My experience it has the best staff-customer relationship service. (staff member Aaron was very helpful)

I want to highly recommend this Telstra at Doncaster due to the customer service, I went there to buy a new phone but I was unsure on which one I’d like to buy, there were very patient with me and took their time to show me around explain each one phone, I ended up getting the phone that I wanted m, their names were Ranudi and Saman, they were very kind to me.

It was so bad to be ignored when I made an appointment and went to the store on time, but the staff didn't bother to talk to me if I have a booking and just served the walk in people.

What is the appointment for if I have to wait after for the walk-in people?

Why have to be a queue? Not first come first serve?

There were no people in a queue when i arrived, then I went inside the store to wait for the next available staff. However, while I was waiting, the people came and queue in front of the store

The lady served her customer and then went to help with the walk-in people! Finally, no more people just talked to me.

What a bad experience with this telstra. Apple store is the best customer service, and optus is more nicer and helpful.

Served by Jackson. The best customer service ever. I upgraded my iPhone 8 to a 14. He was so helpful, knowledgeable & patient. Definitely got the impression that he really cares about his job & helping customers. He got me the best deals possible & I feel very confident in all the decisions I made. The manager also called me the following day to check in with me & my new purchase.
This will be my regular Telstra store from now on, thank you so much to Jackson & the team!

Not so good. Go there 2 ask a short simple Question & they are always 2 busy & this is while u r paying an account. It's laughable

Told by sales assistant we will never be cheaper. We will close soon so (it was 4pm on a Friday) so you can find out what you want on the internet. I'd give zero if possible. Outstandingly bad. Waste of time unless you wish to be insulted.

Had a systems issue with Telstra which was causing me problems and the staff were amazing. I can't remember both of their names though.

Rude “manager”, staff don’t have a clue what they are doing, wasted half an hour on an appointment only to leave frustrated and empty handed. Avoid this and go elsewhere for mobile phone help!

that I am here to redeem my points to get this particular power bank that I showed her she checked and she said yes we do have it in store you have to take a seat I waited for 45 minutes watching two people walk ins getting served before me and then when I asked why I’m not being served they checked and they said sorry we don’t have this particular power bank and they can’t make a deal on similar power bank there is no manager in store and they said to me sorry for the error so I’ve wasted 50 minutes in the store for nothing and there is no manager in the store And they started laughing in the background

After waiting for 30 minutes at the door, I had no choice but to leave. One of the reasons for the long waiting time is that two employees are chatting with same customer at the same time, reducing the efficiency of service.

The tall slim Male who acts as gatekeeper at this store I would never employ - not truly focussed on the customer at all and certainly doesn't really listen to what the customer is asking. Too much detail to go in to but we wasted around an hour because of him and eventually purchased an Optus product even though we would rather have purchased the Telstra one. Other staff varied from inexperienced but helpful and a female on the phone before our visit was very helpful and did listen.

Empty shop and staff was unwilling to assist with SIM card activation. Shame because I was ready to purchase a new iphone outright at the same time.

Waited over one hour to be seen while watching 3 employees stand around laughing and doing noting productive for a decent portion of that time. Finally got severed to downgrade my plan which wasn't being utilised and have just found out the employee cancelled the downgrade after I left the store. Now I've just rang to find out what has happened and was advised the downgrade didn't go through because now they require direct debit only. Absolutely useless, I will be cancelling all Telstra products. Really disappointing.

I visited Telstra Doncaster to facilitate an upgrade of my Smart Modem to Gen 3. The appointment was well facilitated by Dane and I was well looked after by Tam who was interested in my travails and confirmed my inclinations towards the upgrade. The new modem is installed and is working like a charm.

Very bad customer service and manager is very rude and very very lazy for work I went many time go there for service but not successful there so went to Telstra in city I need drive from Doncaster to city for Telstra service

Rude service from the store manager Lucas. I went in to change my SIM card as my current one didn't fit my new phone. I was told to wait 10 minutes by him after explaining what I wanted to do which was fine. However, two customers who came after me were served first and there were a few (at least three) staff including the manager who weren't serving any customers. When I got his attention again, he told me I had to wait 10 minutes. I said there're staff who's walking around and not with any customers and two other customers who arrived after me were already served. He said all the staff were busy and he already told me before I entered the store that I'd have to wait 10 minutes. I asked him why I had to wait 10 minutes while other customers were already served. He said 'because I said so. You're welcome to leave if you want to. ' I expressed that was very rude of him and asked to see the store manager but he said he's the store manager and that I should leave because I was being aggressive.
That's unbelievable! I'm being called aggressive for demanding explanation why I had to wait 10 minutes while other customers who came later were served before me. All he could shamelessly said was just 'because I said so. You're welcome to leave if you want to'.
If they needed 10 minutes to look for a new SIM card for me or other customers had appointments, then I could have accepted that but he didn't even bother to explain anything else except for that statement 'because I said so. You're welcome to leave if you want to'. So rude!
The only thing I could think of (and I'm not one who easily put it on race) is that I'm of a different race to him, his staff and the other customers who arrived there after me. How unbelievable, such a rude person who had no care for customer service can be a manager! What kind of staff and service can be produced under his management?
I hope others who might have experienced unexplained rudeness or received unfair services from this person/telstra shop come forward and express your opinion. With heavy foot traffic from Asian customers in Westfield Doncaster, this kind of attitude should see Telstra lose customers sooner than later. That's a shame!

Worst staff I've seen in a while, taking my bill charge twice after I already paid, I ask them to check why and they say I have to wait 1 and a half hours just for a checkup, clearly showing no respect for valuable customers. One of the staff was willing to help until i showed him my ID, He completely switched up, typical staff for such a huge company. Is it a telstra policy or are they wasting your time?

This store is always my go to telstra store, the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable, if they don't have all the answers they certainly follow up and let you know. Always easy to deal with.
