34Went to telstra pakenham to upgrade my phone, apon entry to the store I was greeted like I was going to get a colonoscopy, appointment had to be made for a simple phone upgrade.
Great Little Store. Well stocked and Laid Out. Make Sure You Book an Appointment People. Don’t get mad and carry on in the store. Thank you to Mohamed for looking after me yesterday. He did a great job at upgrading my phone and getting a new SIM card. His customer service was exceptional.
Such poor service at this store. Told one thing over the phone and then another when I went into the store. The store was clearly quiet yet the staff were so disinterested in trying to assist. Non existent customer service.
Fantastic service and flexibility, Elizabeth did very well to accommodate my needs effectively.

Was told over the phone to head in-store to solve a problem on Telstra’s end. Drove 20 minutes to the pakenham store on my lunch break the next day and was told they wouldn’t help me unless I booked an appointment, even though there were at least three people standing around.
Waste of a storefront.
Terrible service. They don't pick up the phone, but when you get there, they never help you, but rather book you an appointment to come later. I have been there to pick up my modem. What can be easier - give me the device, but no. All they can do is book you for later. I was there multiple times and every time there was no customers, but they refused to help me unless I would make an appointment for later
Went in and got two new phones and had a great experience with the sales consultant. We were there for two hours, and were laughing and enjoying ourselvemost of the time. By far the best experience I've had at a Telstra store.
I was in the telstra shop today 22 Dec. In pakenham and received wonderful service from Kulani for which I was very grateful.
Absolutely appalling service. For over 6 months asked for paper bill, they don't send any bills for 3 months then get charged late fees. Plus $1.00 extra for the paper bill. Sort it out, again no paper bill for 2 months, then cut service. Go in to finalize bill, refused payment, told to go elsewhere to pay. They now have lost 4 accounts. Going to new provider. Wouldn't even give them 1 star. Should have a raspberry. Have asked to cancel service, they send an email saying they will now start sending bill by post. After been rude, and aggressive, too little too late. This particular store, should be closed, as they are the face of Telstra, the staff give it an very ugly one

Staff were really friendly and available to help as soon as I walked in. Sent my phone for repair under warranty, made the whole process very simple. Didn't make me feel like the device issues were my fault at all like some other places tend to do.

Friendly staff and great service, even though they were very busy, and taking mainly bookings, they made time to change my wife's SIM to fit her new phone and copy everything from the old phone to the new. Thanks for all your assistance

We had issues in regards to purchasing online.
After using online and telephone services to try and resolve the problem it was just a waste of our time being promised things that never happened.
Once we finally had our appointment instore the girl that helped us Hailey was able to set up our product for us and also go out of her way to chase up previous problems. After the drama of starting the process is was nice for someone to deal with us in the manner that she did.
Jade was a bloody legend! Helped me to upgrade my phone and sorted me with a new plan, she was really easy to talk to an super helpful, definitely one of my better Telstra experiences. Thanks!
Had a wonderful experience here. Great customer service. Very friendly staff. The day I went was a busy day. But, the guy at the front managed to help me without keep me waiting. He did the initial part of the process. Later Bec did the rest. I bought a SAMSUNG Galaxy S21 Ultra. Didn't asked for many documentations like Optus and Vodafone. It was very convenient. Received reliable and friendly service. Highly recommend Telstra Pakenham store for anyone.
For nearly two weeks I have battled through Telstra’s glacial moving bureaucracy in my attempts to get a non-delivered phone (presumed stolen by the delivery company but they wouldn’t admit it) reissued.
Finally in frustration I decided to visit my local Telstra store to see if they could help - what a good decision!
Jade was simply amazing - helpful, articulate and good-humoured. She was able to help me more in fifteen minutes than a dozen different customer ‘service’ representatives have in more than fifteen phone calls in the last week.
Thanks so much - you were brilliant to deal with and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you and your colleagues (who were similarly friendly and approachable) to anyone!
In fact my wife was so impressed by my glowing review of your service that she’s almost convinced herself to come and grab a new phone for herself!

I was helped change companies on a sim only plan by Hailey and she gave the best customer service I've had in years.
She was thorough, transparent and informed me in plain English that should there be any issues she would work with me to fix them and how that would work.
Telstra Pakenham and Hailey are a shining example of what Telstra can be when managed right.
