Have previously had several phone contracts with new phones updated without an issue. I contacted Telstra knowing that our Buisness contract was running out and organised to order phones mid January. Made an appointment to come in at the end of January to pick up the phones after being contacted by the Buisness centre staff that the phones were in stock.
When we arrived we were only able to pick up one phone and are still to be given a relevant reason as to why we are still waiting for the other phone? Have requested to be contacted by a Telstra manager several times and am still waiting? Extremely poor service!

Nothing more than another greedy corporation that want to charge a premium for a 2nd rate service.

No notification of upcoming maintenance.and when this happens why don't they roll out their mobile boosters? Oh that's right, that's a cost to them.

I’ve been with Telstra for my company for 8 years now and the service gets worse each year. I call for advice and they give you 50/50 answers, then when they admit they have got something wrong, they advise you that you need to pay for the issue that they created, with no remorse at all. After 8 years of loyalty with Telstra. I set this contract up with a local Telstra provider because I thought it would make a difference when an issue arises, boy was I wrong. Taking ages to get back to you, not returning calls in a timely manner, hand balling you from person to person with still no results, but more than happy to continually find ways to charge you more! Time to move on obviously.

We have been with Telstra for more then a year. In 2019 their internet and phone services were not working properly for our business.i did complain several times in few months, but nothing happened. Finally I transferred to dodo. 3 months ago i got a letter from a lawyer group in Melbourne, that please pay your debt from Telstra. I was shocked, that what for? They explained me that you owing Telstra from 2019. And from 2019 to 2021, I haven’t got any messages, call or email about my debt. And their lawyer saying that i will put your name in credit check list if i would not pay. Still I don’t know why? I have all evidence in my bank statement that i have paid every bill on time. So please guys think 100 times before go with this company.

Disgusting. After being disconnected through no fault of our own (other than informing Telstra of an address change about a month ago). I attended the Business Centre with my business partner today to rectify the problem. After explaining our situation to a male employee he printed off the invoice that had been unpaid (with the old address still on it) and was then promptly handed a telephone explaining he couldn't help us. (What do they do?). I then had to try and converse with another employee whom I could hardly understand let alone hear on the telephone. When I asked the male employee for help I was told " What do you want me to do, sit on the phone for an hour? " whereby he promptly disappeared out the back of the Business Centre not to be seen again. At no time did my partner or I act in an unprofessional manner. I was also informed by another employee they were unable to take payments, as was suggested by the employee on the phone (A business that doesn't take payments?). To make this whole episode even more "hilarious" I have just received an overdue notice in the mail dated the 6/2/19 but delivered today 18/2/19. After 20+ years of being a paying customer of Telstra, I cannot believe the service we have just received. An email or a text message before cutting our service would have averted this whole episode in the first place. Your company would have received its money, my company would have been able to communicate and it would have saved us having to deal with your employees. I am sure if you check your own CCTV you will find everything I have written to be true. That is if you can be bothered of course.
