Telstra is a completely incompetent company that discriminates against people. They have the worst customer service and do not care about the customer.

Made an appointment online (this is the best way) and had great service right at the time of my booking

Hanan was so patient and kind to attend to my 84 years old Aunt who is hard of hearing. We needed a new apple unit to replace her deactivated mobile iPhone. This time we got iPad 9th Gen on a sim plan so that our Auntie can connect to her family who are all living outside Australia

Hanan served us for 3hours for this, plus good recommendations on warranty and protection products.

Poor Service. Customer service is nil. Bad attitude and racist. They just enjoying time and not serving customers

Terrible service. The manger is rude and unprofessional, literally talking and laughing with friends while customers wait for over 10minutes. The customer then questioned why they were allowed to push in, and she was told he was first.after we literally watched him just walk in. Disgusting service from what i thought was a great company. If Telstra was smart they'd shut his franchise.

Today my mother and I visited the shop. One sales assistant was extremely rude, the more senior male. We arrived at the shop at 3.40pm (public holiday). The rude assistant had the doors wide open for business.

Basically he told us come back tomorrow we can’t help you, we closed at 3pm. He became sarcastic and when we explained we will go over to Vodafone he said please do! Very sarcastic. I’ve been with Telstra for 30 years. I am now with Vodafone, disgusting service.

Went there today to buy my son an iPhone 13 mini after looking at me like I wanted to steal something and talking to me like I was there to scam or whatever these low paid drop kicks thought the girl finally got a phone and sat down did all the computer work she had to do time came to pay I reached for my eftpos card she said we don’t accept eftpos OKAY here take 1200 of my cash no we don’t take cash ok I’ll pay on my Telstra app no can’t do that either OKAY what can I do pay via credit card lol u can sit on a big fat / (?) $$ Telstra walked out straight to Jb hifi Thankyou I’ll never walk into your miserable store again

I was wondering how stupid people can be then I visited this branch. Absolute nightmare, terrible customer service.

Guy could not connect my telstra phone he said the only way is a $50 contract.so i went to Roxburgh park and the guy the knowledgeable and glad me the service i needed.

The assistants was terrible absolutely terrible would not recommend any going for any assistance with in regards to anything absolutely useless and rude.

Had a very bad customer service in telstra store broadmeadows shopping mall at 14: 40. An indian/middle eastern lady was very impolite and full of attitude.i wanted to call the manager and talk but decided to let go. Lady i am your customer And you must be polite at all times. I am leaving Telstra and switching to other network

The staff are useless and rude. The male staff behind the counter was seen speaking and yelling rudely to other customers before me and he was giving away a free Harman Kardon speaker to his friends. I waited for an hour just to pick a new phone and They refuse to serve because they want to go home early and wanting to shut shop with 15 mins to go. So I want to cancel all my contract with that store.better off going somewhere else.

Went in to pre order the new iPhone and said it would arrive on Monday to pick up but called to check in and didn’t get through until 50 calls later, turns out my phone wasn’t even sent out and was held at StarTrack warehouses and had no communication whatsoever. Had to reorder and said it would be ready for pick up on Friday, it’s now Monday and I called and the person who answered said it’s still not here. Been waiting 2 weeks for a phone that I had to pre order and need and they have no idea when it will come in. Never mind the fact that they don’t answer the phone and I have to call several times before I even get through to them. Terrible service and staff who don’t know what they’re doing and service is so slow in store.

They have not much information about Telstra plan and others information instead of they check that details from their seniors they giving wrong information to customers

Kept being told by Telstra live chat to visit Telstra Shop for an eSIM replacement and the representative at this particular store barely had an idea what an eSIM is let alone have proper knowledge about why it isn’t available at this store yet or when will it be available. This has happened to me twice.

I came there twice only one person managing the store on weekend. That’s ridiculous long waiting time. I don’t know why only one representative. I leave the store after 15 minutes waiting unattended.
