76 Staff is very rude and unprofessional.
Staff was chatting with each other and customer was waiting.
After asking to serve they advised that they are booked for next 2 hours however I could not see any other customer there.
Recently, I visited Telstra Werribee Store to port my number from (xyz) Network to Telstra, but I had an issue with doing it online and was asked to visit a store. The staff at the store greeted me well and the team consultant Namita explained to me why there was an error online. She also showed me various mobile plan deals, including prepaid, postpaid and new mobile deals, and was very knowledgeable in explaining all the process. I was very satisfied with the service and the options.

I scheduled an appointment to transfer my number to Telstra and upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the store manager. The manager's friendliness led me to Namitha, who provided exceptional assistance. She offered a comprehensive overview of the process, explained the plan details, shared valuable tips for optimizing the service, and went the extra mile by ensuring my child was comfortable, even providing stationery for drawing. Leaving the store, I couldn't help but smile due to the outstanding service. I wholeheartedly recommend making an appointment for your telecommunications needs, and I want to give a special shoutout to both the Store Manager and Namitha. They truly deserve commendation for their exceptional work. Kudos to them! Give them a raise Telstra:)

I had the best Experience at Telstra Werribee with Namita, she is a lovely staff member who didn’t give up on resolving multiple issues we were facing and fixed every problem with a smile on her face. Excellent service from Namita, we need more workers like herself!
Namita, one of the staff members at Telstra Werribee made my experience amazing. She happily answered all my questions and resolved my issues without hesitation. I couldn’t have asked for a better customer service representative to attend to my problems and fix them in the friendly manner Namita did today. She’s the best!

Caution please don’t sign up for any Telstra insurance is a scam! My phone have few faults like Face ID no longer works, phone not able to connect to wifi and freezing every seconds
I went to Werribee shop to get my phone and if possible send for repair/replacement. What I ended with was a shop after paying all this so called insurance.
First they want to take my phone and put me on the new contract and I said no I want the phone to be checked as the I only got 6 months left on the contract why the heck do you have to put me in a new contract.
They wanted to take the for repair and the lady said it will take about 3 weeks
I was told am unable to get a loan why my phone is been sent away for 3 weeks and the can’t do anything about it
I have never been treated this way like what I went through today am left with a big pain after all that I have been paying I wish I could give zero star I can’t use my phone for so many things and they don’t care I need a refund of all the repair and upgrades I have paid for

Worst experience such a bad customer service visit three times to port my number and didn’t get an appointment more than that the guy working there was showing such a bad attitude……
When I have taken a New Number and Device I specifically told the lady at the store that I would like to avail 25% employee discount. She set-up my account on console, rather than setting up in Siebel. Now the customer service people say I can not avail the discount or move my account to Siebel. Why wouldn't the staff at store let me know about this upfront. I definitely do not recommend the store and Telstra to anyone.
A dumpster full of rotting fish and used diapers on fire in the middle of a freeway in peak hour traffic on a 40 degree day would have better customer service then this pit of misery.

My customer service person was relatively new to their job but the service was fantastic. Can't fault it.
Omg, they take your money and charge you a late fee if your late paying a bill, pitty I can't charge then a late fee, I left this ridiculous company in September this year for another telco, being in credit $170, it is now mid December and I still haven't got my credit back. I've been in to the plaza store numerous times to be told the check will be sent out.
Some of the staff at werribee plaza have no idea.
