Fantastic Customer Service - my call was answered really quickly and my query was resolved. Highly recommended. Traditional over the phone customer service.

Before using the Telechoice network, I used Vodafone, thinking it would be good to go to remote areas because its network is Telstra. But with only 5 months of use, I am completely disappointed, sending photo messages and not receiving yes, can't use the map sometimes. I changed to optus network and it was fine and fined $266.29 ($28 month). Don't use Telechoice, network not good

AVOID, accidentally overpaid my bill, online help was completely useless, said it would take 7-10 days? , advised me to contact my bank, asked three times how to lodge a complaint, did not get answered, they know they are in the wrong and do nothing to assist.all good when the sun is shining but useless at fixing anything, website is not compatible with mobile devices.

These folk are simply excellent in price and quality. Masses of data and inclusions. Telstra network too. And sometimes they just give you more, for the same money. Best Telco we've used (and we've used a few).

Excellent value SIM only plans. The coverage is excellent as they use the Telstra network and they just increased our data at no extra cost!

Great internet provider. Always got signal and I started out with 10 Gb a month now I am getting 20 Gb for the same price. Highly recommend.

I have used Telechoice for years now. $25.41 per month for unlimited national calls and text. 4g of data (which I’ve never used). Telstra platform - never had an outage or even any reason to call them.

The response from Telechoice is excellent. Unlike Telstra, they know hteir product and tailor the fit perfectly to you. Very easy to deal with and pricing plans are excellent.
