I'm usually hella skeptical when it comes to phone repair shops due to security and hearing horror stories from friends and Twitter. However, I have a different view with this particular place. Not only do they conduct their business transparently, but their technicians also repair the phone right in front of you which is a big deal for me (I actually called up like a karen asking about this) I was super impressed by the level of care and respect they showed towards my phone, treating it as an extension of my own identity. Moreover, their services are affordable. Based on my experience here, I confidently recommend this place for anyone seeking reliable phone repairs.

Btw most other repairs dont let you watch your phone being fixed but this one does, so make that noted when repairing.

Loved going here until the owner convinced me to go with Vodafone promising I would have great service. I joined Vodafone only to realise there were many places I simply couldn’t get service. When I went back into this store for help he simply said he wasn’t working with Vodafone anymore and could do nothing to help. Very cheeky… I won’t be going here again.

Great service a round. Phone screen was replaced within 3 hours on the same day of enquiry with new protector screen added!

I had a problem with water damage that no one else could help with. They were patient and kind and managed to fix the problem too. Cannot recommend enough

The friendly, casual, no-pressure service that Fred has provided every time myself (or my family) has dropped into the store has been amazing. Pre-lockdown, he was always willing to troubleshoot issues with our phones - and we weren't even Telechoice customers!

When our plans were up and it was time for some new phones, it was a no brainer to get Fred on the case. Honestly I was dreading the task as we were in the middle of lockdown 4.0, but after a few emails and a quick call, Fred was all over it and had everything set up that afternoon in advance of me dropping by to pick everything up.

Before I could head off Fred made sure that everything was working and pointed out a few of the new features and some quick tips to avoid common mistakes.

A+ customer service, while our new plans are about 60% of what we were paying before - what more can you ask for? When it's time to get a new phone, do yourself a favour and drop by.

This was a just a very quick visit to update my phone plan, good service by the young man there, took all of about 3 minutes. Give them a try, not as pushy and better plans than the joint nearby.

Friendly, helpful service.
I went in on Monday 4/1/21 (Covid mask on) after calling ahead to confirm they had the phone I wanted (S20). When I arrived I had a couple of minutes to discuss my phone choice, and change (from Telstra) to a Telechoice contract. Once in agreement Fred set my account and phone up while having a continuous stream of customers through the store. He was friendly and helpful to all, even if no purchase was made but an operating question was asked.
I commend Fred for his wonderful customer service. And today Ron over the phone who resolved a quick question for me too - what was my account number.
So easy! And so far no troubles at all on Telechoice (it uses Telstra network). I know if I do have troubles/questions that all I need is to call or visit this store, fantastic!

Do not reccomend.
Screen protector has multiple bubbles in it.
Broke my otter box case.
Refused to accept responsibility.

Superb customer service. Went the extra mile for me, transferred all my data from old phone to new without being asked and without pushing me to transfer from my current provider.
Answered all my questions, let me compare and contrast phones, set up new phone with dual Sims, all with patience and dedication.
Highly recommend.

Went into this store 5 weeks ago to order a glass screen protector. I was told it would only be a couple of days. I waited a week and called to check, they told me it wasn't in yet and they would contact me. I waited another 3 weeks and still nothing, I called and was told the manager was busy and he would call me back. It's been 2 weeks and not a single word.
I don't mind if you cannot get a product in, bit inform the customer! Terrible customer service will never shop or recommend this place.
