6It’s terrible, no one answers the phone when there is an issue with the internet, we had no internet for two days and trying to get in hold of anyone that can sort out the problem, they just simply don’t answer! It’s frustrating, I work from home and I need the internet. Just because they know that they the only company that we can use for internet, they think it gives them the right to be very unprofessional.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
they never answer the phone, they steal money, and their service SUCKS
SCAM! This company keeps sending me reoccurring charges of about 15$ and I have never purchased anything from them.
Really impressed- these guys are working hard to look after customers.
Never ever answer the phone. I have left at least 20 messages since almost a week now and still no phone call! The last time I left a message about upgrading, they called me back 20 mins later!
