TEESNOW Cheapest Custom T-Shirt Printing in Melbourne

Terrible customer service, shirts were not printed as agreed upon. Should have read other recent reviews, take your money elsewhere.

Friend had a terrible experience. Took over triple the time to arrive, multiple shirts were the wrong colour and many had smears of gold on the fabric from other prints (not sellable). After advising the business about this no refund was accepted and they stopped responding to emails and calls. Wouldn’t advise using this business!

Order took 8 weeks instead of 2. Wrong colours. Paint splashed on shirts.
Won’t answer phone to fix.

Cheapest for a reason, it's not what you asked for. Do NOT buy from here. Ordered shirts and they were printed differently to what we requested. Asked for a refund for our whole order and they admitted that the printing method was different to what we asked for, but only offered us $50 for compensation. We had to go to VCAT and they ordered them to pay us back the total cost, however they are still refusing to pay us even with a legal order presented to them.
Extremely poor customer service and won't admit that they are in the wrong!
It seems that other people have also received bad service recently from this business. If you choose to order from this business, be very careful as you have been warned.

Probably best you refund the defective order you sent out (not to mention the fact that it was received over 6 weeks later than originally discussed). Mistakes happen and it’s how you mend them & take ownership but the way this has been handled says enough about the company!

Warning! DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THIS GUY!
He says your stuff will come through 2-3weeks from you putting money down then you will have massive delays (8+weeks!). The items I received were damaged, faulty and printed with the incorrect colour on them. The follow up has been rude, evasive to the fact he mismanaged this entire issue, he will not take any blame and is not willing to warranty the work. Now he has stopped communicating. Do not bother ordering here and go to better printing houses who employ actual professionals

Wowers. Who knew that custom tee shirts could be so easy and cheap. Did my own design, chose the shirt and hoodie, submitted my order on a Sunday night, and it was ready on Thursday. Exactly as described.

I will be ordering more!

SUPER quick. Ordered Friday and the tees came Tuesday. Considering business hours the shirts only took under two days to arrive and they're the cheapest I've found. Awesome, will be ordering again!

When I arrived to collect my t shirts the logo had been printed in green. They tried to suggest that this was a close as they could get to the colour and I would have happily taken the shirts if they were some shade of blue but couldn't take them with a green logo. They did not offer to do another order for me and gave me a complete refund.

Excellent customer service, so helpful and patient. Quality product with perfect printing. We've been exceptionally happy with the service, product and price from Teesnow.

Teesnow helped out when my other screen printing company could not print my t-shirts in time for a company promotion. Great service and cheap prices.

Great customer service. Laid out all my options and relevant prices which were very cheap compared to other screen printers in the area. Job completed in a week.

Horrible personal skills and extremely messy set up. Would not confirm any orders with us and appeared lazy and not interested in working at all. Would highly not recommend using this service. The 5 star reviews you see on this page appear to be fake.

At first glance of the name and the website, I thought the work produced would be of high quality accuracy with a fast turn around time. To top it off the prices were very affordable as oppose to other places I got quotes from. Unfortunately my experience did not reflect what the name of the brand says nor the quality of prints shown on the website. As a start, the customer service was poor, whether a chat on the phone or in person; the owner always seemed to be in a rush, not keen to attend to his own clients. One of the colours did not even match what I sent, despite the fact I confirmed to contact me if there were colour matching issues before commencing the prints. The turnaround time was not fast so the name of the brand is very deceiving. The date we agreed upon was not even met. What I learnt is you get what you pay for. I will definitely not do any prints here again, and would be happy to pay much higher price for a better experience and quality of work. This is just my own experience. I really hope you take this feedback on board as this business has so much potential. Thank You.
