Teds Highpoint is the only place I shop for cameras. The staff are all exceptional, so courteous and go well beyond basic customer service. I have learnt from Nafisah so much, eg in connecting my camera to my iPad and phone. Nothing reasonable is too much trouble

Amazing experience buying from Ted's Highpoint. No judgments whatsoever. Isaac was very helpful and he clearly explained everything I needed to know about the camera we wanted. He also was able to give us a good deal. Highly Recommended!

The staff here don't know the first thing about cameras - couldn't answer any questions I had. Didn't seem to know what the difference was between different lenses, didnt know what IBIS was, couldn't even tell me what cameras they had at a certain price point.

I went in cash in hand ready to buy and it really felt like they just didn't want to sell to me. And they wonder why people just resort to buying online. These people need to wake up.

Visited the store to take passport photo of my 2 months kid. It was done in 5 min.
I visited the store in City in Elizabeth St couple of times in vain, either my kid was cranky or staff were away.

Long story in short. Few glitch happened, recived wrong gimbal. It was hard for me to work out what to do next as it was a weekend and their web team and online customer team had weekend off. I couldn't sleep all night next morning I walked in to their highpoint store n i was attended by ISSAC belive me this bloke was very emphatic and he did everything for me, by coming Thursday i walked in the store again n picked up my right gimbal.

Abysmal failure and deep disappointment.

I took photos for an Australian ID on Sunday. When I took the photos to the post office two of the staff in the post office were surprised. They immediately said the photo is blurry and not appropriate for ID.
I could not disagree with them as I suspected that as well.

I had to take another photo at the post office. Not only lost my money and wasted my time on the weekend but also I was not prepared to take the photo at the post office (sleepy eyes) but no choice to take the photo anyways. So angry with Ted 's service. Aren't they supposed to know how to take photos? These so called Camera experts? And aren't they supposed to know the Australian standards and photo requirements? WHO is the irresponsible manager at this awful place?

Today i walked into Teds HighPoint and was straight away greeted by Issac. Issac was very helpful and knowledgeable. There was no question He couldn't answer. Issac helped greatly in my decision to purchase my Nikon Z7. Fantastic Customer service. I highly Recommend Teds HighPoint As They have a great range of gear, Great prices and Customer service is Stellar!

I came to Ted's Cameras with little knowledge of mirrorless & DSLR cameras, and the sales staff, in particular Nick, was super helpful in getting me up to speed with what's available. He didn't rush me at all, even though I came in just before Christmas time and it was quite busy in the store, and he explained everything in easy-to-understand manner. I ended up buying a Canon EOR RP and even though I've only been using for a few days, I'm very happy with. I highly recommend the store & staff at Highpoint.

Big thanks to Issac for his guidance and patience talking through all our questions when choosing a new mirrorless camera. Much appreciated, would definitely purchase here again.

I have been there yesterday to purchase a canon camera with twin lens kit. They didn’t have it the in stock actually. But they tried to sell me the white box products (displayed products both camera and the long lens). When I asked about the seal for the box, I was told that the cameras don’t get a seal. When I asked them to get me the other new box, I was told that it was the last product they have. Fake people.

Isaac was absolutely fantastic today! Couldn't of asked for better service and someone with the knowledge he had on the product I bought and all the other items I enquired about.
If you head into store, be sure to ask for Isaac fantastic customer service!
