They were very helpful and so quick in doing what I wanted done. I was very happy with the outcome.

This place is a rip off and highly lack customer service skills. Try to avoid.

Went there with my baby 6 weeks old passport photo, and the lady had no patience. And when my baby had a little cry she instantly said I should wait outside not to disturb the other customers.

Charged me $55 for 2 digital copies and 4 physical passport photo copies from just a single photo taken of a person other places would only be $30 or less.

Very awful and silly customer service，the local female stuff has a really bad customer service!

Van has amazing customer service! After struggling with an old digital camera i bought; he helped me fix the issue with the SD card super fast and even refunded and exchanged the wrong SD cards i purchased earlier in the day. Everyone there has great customer service and went above and beyond my expectations. Will
definately be back in the future:)

Traded in a number of old DSLR lenses for a new Alpha camera and lenses. I was served by Van Wu who was polite and very efficient in organising the valuation and pricing for the new gear. One of the new lenses I wanted was located at the Doncaster store and instead of having me drive over there, Van said he will pick up the lens after work so it'll be ready the next day for pick up at Chaddy. I had a great experience with such first class customer service.

Had passport photos taken for my 2 kids. The whole process was quick and comfortable for me and my 2 toddlers.

In my case, I was there to make passport photos. I'm from Spain and I've needed to renew my passport being in Australia. In LPO told me that they didn't know the size to make the photos. People In Ted's Cameras helped me to get the correct measurement in my case. Even they did a search on the website to take the info. Thank you very much!

Ted's generally has great customer service. But this store is exceptional in going out of their way to advise on lenses and accessories

Best place to get your passport photos. Merida was super helpful and patient. She didn’t mind trying 10 times to give me the best shot. Also, she carefully check on the computer to make sure it’s good. Really friendly as well! Highly recommend!

Went for a baby passport photo after denial from multiple au post shops. The guys were so patient that they took the picture at least 10 times. I had a two month baby so getting a perfect shot needed patient and perseverance. These guys are awesome!

Came in to get a reusable disposable camera fixed. Got served by Andrew who helped us out so much and was so friendly it made us both smile. He had a bad morning so I hope his shift goes better this afternoon, he deserves it. My all time favourite and best place to keep up with my gear. My journey started with Ted's 6 years back and it is still going just because of their outstanding customer service and the accessories. Highly recommend the store.

I come from The Outback and have been trying to find a camera store in Melbourne that knew their products, had a shop front I could visit and good customer service. After many failures and uninformed box droppers I finally found Ted's at Chadstone and was delighted. It is a real camera shop with fair dinkum product knowledge and great service, both before and after sales. And for those who doubt the commercial value of old fashioned service - I went to buy a Sony battery, it failed, it was replaced without question or fuss and I ended up buying a Sigma 18-35mm f1.8 lens. Everyone is good to buy from when it all works out. It's people like the staff at Ted's Chadstone that you need when things screw up. Highly recommended.

The service from the staff was lovely in store, but they never followed through on their promises. Multiple visits and multiple times saying they would get back to me and I heard nothing. Ended up cancelling my order after 4 weeks of no contact.

Doors were closed at 9: 50 am and no opening hours were shown on the doors. When I tried to ask the guy inside, he just looked at me and walked away. Once I went in and showed my online order, the next guy ignored it and just said "Check in? " (referring to QR code).

Fantastic customer service by John R. He patiently listened to all our questions and made suggestions accordingly. We bought a few things, but never felt pushed to do so. Would recommend him and this store to anyone who want to buy camara gear. The service was profesional, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you!
