Techni Ice

Techniice have got so many good quality ice coolers specially their signature range. I have bought the Techniice Signature brand Ice cooler and it works really well for my short ad long trips. The staff is quite friendly and I love their products. I have ordered their ice packs as well and they are long lasting and works really well for heating and cooling. I have used these ice packs for medical healing and carrying food.

Found these guys to be great. I was told the product was on backorder and they communicated clearly and quickly. Very easy to deal with and it's still the best product going around!

I purchased the 25L Hybrid esky online direct from Techniice and upon receiving it, I was disappointed. It appeared used and the bung was missing. I called them up and they arranged for a new one to be delivered and had also arranged pick-up of the original one. A few days later the new one arrived, this time the colour was wrong. Call again and was told they had no more in stock in the colour I ordered, but they rang around and managed to find one, again arranged delivery of new one and arranged pick-up of 2nd esky. A few days later the 3rd esky arrived, unused and correct colour. That night before going to bed at about 10pm, hubby put a solid block of ice in the esky made from a 4L container to see how long the ice would last. He got up in the morning around 5am and checked the ice, esky was closed and unopened for those 7hrs, the ice had completely melted. I could have purchased 3 everday eskies for the price of this one, with a better result. I have 2 larger sized Techniice signature eskies and they are amazing.for the 25L Hybrid esky. However, for their customer service, it was the best I have ever received.
Overall

Ordered esky and dry ice packs. Noticed on confirmation ice packs were missing. Rang customer support with 5 minutes of order and told not to worry the despatch team could see the order and I would get ice bricks. Esky came super fast, in 2 days, but as I suspected Ice packs were missing. Rang customer support Tuesday and they apologised and said they would dispatch that night in overnite bag. Wednesday no delivery. Asked for the con note, no response. Followed up thursday with customer support, again apology (it was not sent tuesday as promised), they would send out thursday. There is a con note in the system so should get today (friday) or Monday. What appears to be a great product let down by false promises from customer support and poor dispatch quality control. Hopefully the product itself will live up to its good name.
Mistakes do happen so overall would still recommend as customer support replies were pretty quick and good result in the end

I was most impressed with Customer Service post sale via Zen Desk back end. I used PayPal and chose standard free shipping.
On enquiry as when I should expect my delivery, I was informed delivery had occurred.
Long story short support made very quick hassle free amendments to rectify the mix up.

Bought the Dry Ice packs from ebay, super fast delivery. Haven't used them as yet, but I am so glad that I could buy an Australian product. How clever, much better than wet ice that melts within hours.

Purchased the 60ltr Signature for camping and could not be happier. Stainless fittings (three) and sturdy construction, fantastic strong handles. This is upgrading a smaller techniiice that now lives in the boat that still is awesome even if a bit battered about from years of use.

Techniice are simply the best eskies. I have a 50L Chilly Chest and went to buy a larger one and found that Chilly Chest were owned by Techniice, so I saw the Signature series on the website and bought a 75L. It’s construction, the thick walls the insulated, huge bung etc told me these were something special.but on a 10 day trip to Dirk Hartog Island where, at the end of 10 days, 1/2 the block ice I used was still solid, I knew they were awesome! I’ve also got, and used, Waeco, Chilly Chest, Icey-Tek, Tropicool, Daimond and Yeti as well as a home made one in the kill bin in my boat which has 50mm fridge panels, and the Techniice Signature sits in a league of its own, way above all of those. I’ve just done a clean out of my bigger eskies and have sold my 200L Daimond, 120L Icey-Tek and 75L Techniice and am replacing them all with a 105L Signature for use in my boat and camping. I’m keeping the 50L chilly chest as a bait esky as it is also an awesome esky.

Great products. I have a 100 litre cool box from them, and a Pelican. The Techni Ice holds ice for 5 days no problem. Their actual dry ice packs are really a good product as well. We use for catering.

I just purchased a Techniice Classic Hybrid 75L and it is awesome.
Just wanted to say great service and great product.
I would recommend anyone to by a classic hybrid. Also get some ice packs as they are great, keep your esky cool all the time

No stock, full refund given promptly.
I ordered a 100L classic in Dec 2018, received two emails saying no stock, but offered the option of a refund. Last email advised stock coming in April, I forgot about it until early June, called up and told stock is now coming in July, I asked for a refund instead and it was processed there and then over the phone, money in the bank the next day.

Thx for the great deal on the 4 eskys, wanted classics but glad I got the classic hybrids, killed my mates waeco at fraser. 3 days from order to delivery was great but white really gets grubby should have got blue

Very helpful factory outlet sale. Very good quality products! We bought our swags when we came to Australia (4 years ago) still in use and still working. All good. My go to address right now for some upgrades for the new 4WD right now. For an ice box or fridge.
