Trying to get served at all is always a struggle, everytime I've been there end up standing at the counter for ages waiting, perhaps have the staff prioritize serving customers atleast man the counter when you can see people there!

I recently wanted to purchase some consoles for sale on market place that I need tested and packed and sent to Melbourne, I rang TechLab and they were more than accommodating to do all the above and at a very competitive affordable price. Unfortunately for me during the process I found the sale to be a scam and didn’t go through with the purchase but I’d like to thank the team there for their outstanding service and professional phone manner with my request and if I have another opportunity to buy in Mildura these are the first guys I will be ringing

Can't say too much about the biz, as I only called in to buy a new charger lead.service was good and helpfull.

Terrible, they don't have zip pay, wanted to buy a portable fridge but couldn't they are only a stockist for jaycar which do provide zip pay service.also when a customer knows what they're after there's no need for a million questions on how your going to run it! Extremely disappointed is an understatement.

The best place to repair your phone.i am very happy with their work. They have repaired my phone well.my phone got problem with black spot and touch isn’t sensitivity, They fix very good. They really made me feel happy with their work today, I can’t tell with the words they are very good. Their place is the best place to fix your phone. This is a small shop, however it has a wide variety of electrical and computer items. The staff are friendly and helpful. Well worth a look if you are after anything related to computers, telephones, solar and many other electrical products.
It is conveniently located near Coles, Kmart and close to the Mildura mall. There are multiple parking lots and public toilets within walking distance.

These guys rip you off.
They sold me internal SSD for $170 which you can buy for $90 else where. When I asked why it is so, customer executive simply said will let management know. Honestly its big big ripoff.

Great store, stocks a large range of Jaycar products that if they dont have on the shelf can easily order in to arrive a day or 2 later

Friendly and helpful staff. The store has a bit of everything "tech" for many ages. Definitely worth stopping in, I came out with some great products for my 19 month old and could've easily spent a lot more on myself if I wanted too. The store also does tech repairs and has a great team environment that happily offer their assistance to you. For melbourians.it's a lot like a Jaycar outlet.and I believe they are also somehow affiliated. Loved it, great, A+

Had a broken plug for my ARKPAK, on a 5 week camping trip. Fixed no worries! The wine will remain cold.

Had my battery replaced twice in less then two years with Tech Lab.
First time I was told it had a warranty of 1 year and this time I only got 6 months warranty which is exactly how long the repair lasted.
Very disappointed and it wasn’t cheap either, would have been better off getting a new phone: (

They informed me that battery life is different in all cases.sometimes it can last years and other times only a few months. Information I think you should pass onto people before the repair.
As for chargers I am using a genuine Apple Charger as advised.
Lastly regardless of whether you offer a 12 or 6 month warranty I feel that 2 repairs in less then 2 years is like I said. DISAPPOINTING.

These guys saved my bacon. Only place for hundreds of k's around that had what I needed for an urgent job. Call ahead to confirm and you'll be golden.

Gave them one last chance & they still couldn't get it right! The owners have bad attitude & it flows down to the staff also, I hope they go broke!
