My Mac Book Air crashed after an apple update. My computer is nearly 7 years old and when I called Apple support for helped, they could not assist after over an hour of trying. I immediately contacted Techie-Man and Sarge assured me that he would be able to help. To my surprise, he was able to restore all my files and update my computer after Apple told me it was very unlikely. I had my computer back in less than 24 hours after dropping it off and it's like brand new! I highly recommend Techie-Man's service.
