I'm in Melbourne and had an unusual software compatibility problem on an older MacBook that rendered my computer unusable. I couldn't find anyone in Melbourne who even understood the issue, let alone knew a solution. Most people told me I would need to upgrade to a new MacBook. I stumbled across Steven on-line and he saved the day! Not only did he understand the problem, he had a clever solution and was able to fix my computer remotely saving me a drive to Bendigo and he did it all for $55! Knowledgable, friendly, efficient, I couldn't recommend more highly. Brilliant!

Fantastic service and great value. Steve helped supercharge my 2015 iMac with by replacing the existing hard drive with an SSD drive. He also double checked my backup before commencing - which was a lifesaver as I didn't realise time machine backup had failed! My machine is now working better than ever before. I've used the Techead IT guys a few times now, and going forward they will continue to be the only place I will take my computers. They know their stuff, are very helpful and communicate well. Our most recent issue was a difficult one with a water damaged apple laptop. While they were working on it, they extracted my settings onto a separate hard drive and allowed me to bring in another computer for them to mirror it onto so that I could continue working. They even managed to get the water damaged laptop working again, which was a very pleasant surprise. Nothing seems to be a hassle, and it's always a great experience dealing with them. I highly recommend Techead IT unreservedly to anyone.

I needed my MacBook Pro laptops operating system reinstalled by a professional after failing to do it myself. I contacted Steve by email and he gave me a reasonable quote to solve the problem and I took it in on the Monday morning. Within 4 hours I had picked it up and my MacBook Pro was up and running like new. Steve was very easy to communicate with and did a fantastic job and I will certainly be using Techead IT with any future computer problems.

Steve did a health check on my PC. Efficient and knowledgeable. Always good to go local. There was a small gremlin in outlook I lost the password access - my fault - quick chat on the phone and on-line edit fixed in 10 minutes. Steve knows his stuff.
