I was stranded in Melbourne airport - delayed flight - with no charge, having checked in my charger accidentally. In an exceptional display of humanity, the gentleman here offered to charge my phone. Note, this business sells phone chargers. Despite this, he didn’t leverage my unfortunate predicament to make a quick sale. Please don’t hesitate to give them your business. Such kindness deserves every penny.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I was sold android specific headphones even though I owned an iPhone. The consultant said it would work on my phone. This was in February and I’m fighting for a refund in November 2022. I suggest not shopping here as they have no concern for consumer law

Very arrogant person on duty on the 11th August (2022) evening. I had to walk out of the store without buying anything. He desperately needs to work on his customer service skills as there was none!

Handy store for last minute tech. It’s not over the top expensive but not a bargain either. My son bought a phone cable and we didn’t really need it. It can’t be returned and their is a sign that says that. So exchanged it for a laptop sleeve. The guy was helpful if not super friendly. It’s a functional shop and glad to have one when you need something because you forgot a charger or headphones.

The Worst costumer service ever. I bought a loop guard and I couldn’t use it cause was impossible to use it with a phone cover. The staff member didn’t tell me anything about it until 2 minutes later when I went back to the shop complaining about it.
The man told me that he couldn’t do anything about it and I should know that.no refund.
Hopefully this shop will close soon

I was traveling through terminal 4 last week with my 2 young kids, when my kids spotted all the children's toys in the store. I stopped at the store to let my kids browse not intending to purchase anything. The young man behind the counter was serving at the point and when he finished serving he approached me and my kids with a friendly manner. He spoke with my kids and interacted with my kids very kindly.
My kids were pushing me to purchase some headphone and since the young man was very patient and kind and I decided to purchase 2 sets of the Moki brand head sets. It is quite rare in retail to see such a employee have a genuine interest in his customers especially parents with kids.i am glade my kids walked in the store and spent my money here.keep up the great work ash.

Customer service terrible, got into a debate with me and snapped at me because I wanted a refund on the surcharge which I didn’t see because tapped card without looking. He said, “I don’t have time for this”. Excuse me, you don’t have time for customers? It doesn’t take much to keep a customer, have bought from you before at Qantas Domestic Sydney Tech2go but will now boycott all outlets.

Bought a bogie board from them on 15th May 2018 this product lasted 4 days at $39: 95 their phone number does not work and web site does not work unable to contact not happy

Its fine.tbh its just a shop that sells you what you want. Can't really ask for anything more.friendly staff that help out that aren't like hawks and pester you every 5 seconds when you've told them you're just browsing so thats a big plus in my books.

Opening hours on the website are completely incorrect. Wanted to spend a couple of hundred dollars on a pair of headphones. Arrived at the airport at 8: 30 after seeing the website said they were open until 11: 30. Every store was closed. Nice work.

I could hear the staff telling each other to F' off from the other side of the terminal, and there was customers inside the store.
