Great service, Spoke to Jay about my issues and he explained the process and some options for me. Said he would call me once he had diagnosed the hardware issue and dis-assembled the laptop.

I can't express how amazing the staff here were. We went in looking for a 3 pin IEC and after telling us that they're not likely to have one, he went to look. Then came back with one saying that he couldn't find one but we could have theirs for free.

Un believebly great people. The guy gave me a very hard to find scews (M2x2mm) for free because I strip the screw head of Dell 5567. I would say they are super helping guys.
