Tech Away IT Solutions

I kept having issues copying files from my OneDrive account to an external HDD.

Edwin and his colleague Jeff, made light work of resolving my issue. Jeff clearly explained the reason for my issues, had a great deal of patience outlining and taking me through the corrective actions, and sure enough, issue resolved and successful outcome!

I would be happy to use the guys at Tech Away again if I need any further troubleshooting expertise.

In the past we have had IT providers that we had to wait for them to get back to us, but Edwin and his team are so good to work with.

Edwin & his team at Tech Away have provided a professional, and also personalised service to a large group at CrownBet. The customer care is second to none, and they create an ease in their personalised assistance and service. The team are easy to approach, knowledgeable and always ready with a solution

Tech Aawy have been a lifesaver for us! They take care of everything, nothing is too big or small. They have managed out IT requirements through 2 office relocation's and made it a complete breeze. The staff are wonderful and friendly, and have always been able to find a workable solution really quickly to any requests Ive had from relocating, to quotes for new computers, managed print services, to a simple IT fix, they have been able to cover it all for us and allow us to focus on our own business.
