Not good customer service.

Edit: The team is trying to say I was never a customer. Poor communication and logistics. Can't be trusted to give you a service.

Had an issue with an order, and after a small delay a refund was issued + I was able to keep the item and was offered a 20% discount on my next purchase. Very good customer service and fantastic products.

I bought 4 kgs of two different teas from tea vision for a large event that we were hosting. We used it to make table gift displays. They were very freindly and helpful. They gave us some samples so i could make sure i liked the tea before i bought it. They were prompt in responding to me and their website is very easy to navigate. I will buy again when i finish all the tea i currently have. This stuff would be excellent for make gifts for people.
