Super cute and great boba place, me and my mates played monopoly for 2 hours while eating chips and boba from the lil store.

Rude staff. Third class service and they don’t know how to treat costumer. Very bad experience.

A late night life saver, ended some lovely nights here, the staff are wonderful and there's even a cute puppy that shows up sometimes! Also the Bubble Tea is fantastic.

Best boba place in Southbank by far! I have one almost every 3 days. Staff are always so lovely and I adore the little snack shop connected to it.

I highly reccomend the Guava Lime Oolong, Floral Grapefruit and Orange Obsession for the coming summer heat!

Hidden little gem.
The bubble tea was absolutely amazing, with a massive selection to choose from.
The Asian imports have a decent selection of everything.
Unfortunately, I didn't get to go upstairs and look at the gaming area.

I've been to many of the teaser stores and this one is the best in my opinion. Everything is extra tasty. Also the gentleman at the counter is lovely and always remembers my order.

My girlfriend and I were told that our bubble teas were dairy free, only to discover later that they knowingly added milk powder to our teas. My girlfriend is allergic to dairy so she's been unwell all night as a consequence. We were told that you don't have soy milk and that you make your one dairy free milk. What kind of place does not have soy milk? And why would they tell us it was dairy free if it had milk solids in it? Please educate your staff about this. We're both very disappointed and this could have led to more severe health consequences.

The watermelon they used tasted like it was furry and off watermelon that had been sitting for over a month or something. I’m surprised there wasn’t mould it tasted so bad. Had one sip and had to throw it out. What a waste.

Really delicious bubbletea. I've tried the dirtea and it was moreish, as was the dragon fruit cheese foam. Great that it's open 24/7 for new mums like me who is up at all hours. Nice and clean space.

Probably the best drinks i can ever get but I don’t know why they always run short on watermelon syrup

The best bubble tea I had in Melbourne.dirtea was so amazing with cheese foam and Oreo crumbs on Top.
Also watermelon quencher is so good at summer time.
Customer service was excellent as all staff so kindly and patient to help me which drink is better for me

I frequently visit Zen Gaming Lounge to play computer games. Recently, they have also established a bubble tea in Southbank in the same precinct and it is an absolute dream. The bubble tea is fresh, tasty and are the perfect compliment to my day. The best part is that it’s open 24/7! Customer service has always been good, I find the staff their friendly and approachable!

This used to be my favorite bubble tea, until last night when I ordered my usual Dirtea and that was not only tasting bad but I could also assure that the ingredients (bubbles and the cream on top) were off. Don’t think I’ll ever go back! Avoid to go late night, as you’re likely to get the bad quality tea
