Fantastic variety of teas! Stocking single estates, blends and herbal teas there's something for any and all tea lovers. The prices are extremely reasonable, especially when you take in to consideration the quality of the products they sell.
Would highly recommend over other high St / shopping centre chains.

I recently ordered from Tea Leaves some loose tea (sourced from Sri Lanka) for myself and for friends just to cheer them up! I especially loved the wooden tea boxes with the painted elephants. The delivery was faultless and the products were great. I ordered two tin tea caddies as well, to put away as Christmas presents. I can't speak more highly of Tea Leaves excellent service and fast delivery.

I LOVE this place. Have made more than a dozen online orders and they are hands down THE most efficient place I have purchased from. Just amazing customer service. Prompt, provides regular updates and all around fabulous. I encourage all my fellow tea lovers to visit the store and choose it over T2. My only gripe, and it is a small one. First time customers are rewarded with a discount but no rewards for customers who return again, again and again.

Absolutely LOVE this place. My family travel up from Melbourne a few times a year primarily to wonder around and explore new teas! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Appalled by the service I received from Andrea. After unboxing the double walled glasses I purchased in store yesterday, I noticed there were imperfections and one broken. When I contacted the store and explained the situation, Andrea did not empathise with my experience but instead questioned my integrity and extremely rude. Such a great store with beautiful products but lack in the customer service excellence, which essentially does cost anything.
