Wrote a review and you removed it.your installer put the wrong windows in and it took 16 weeks disgracefully service

Ordered windows 2 were too small and 16 weeks later another 2 were installed.frank Lesiputty put the wrong windows in.disgraceful service and rude staff.installer a fraud

Great quality reasonably priced. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Sliding doors were installed by Frank Lesiputty Building Services who were recommended by T&B windows. They were very professional and efficient and we have ordered more windows!

Discount service……Discount quality…. …. Windows ordered and made with incorrect springs in making them very hard to close.

Custom Fixed window has leak.

Taken 5 months of constant emails and calls…. No genuine care or follow up. Take your money and run company

Issues are acknowledged and accepted but getting Windows fixed has been Impossible.

Have paid T&B and we have windows that don't work andone that leaks… no one cares enough to fix them. Not nearly good enough. Stay away form TandB windows

Went there looking for a sliding door. The lady behind the counter was very helpful, the guy not as much (he didn't seem to care).
Finished up buying one anyway and very happy with the product.

We purchased windows that had many scratches on them from manufacture. Contacted supplier who worked through the issue with the manufacturer Canterbury Windows who could not assess problem for 1 month very poor service. T&B Windows continued pushing supplier to fix who are now rectifying the issues.

I called to order a door yesterday and it was delivered in less than 24 hours.
Not only that, ordering an expensive item online during lockdown is difficult but the team were so helpful it made it a much easier experience. The delivery man was friendly and careful, even taking the door inside for me when asked. 10/10 service, would recommend and will shop here again:)

First time into the store, the guy sitting behind the desk was to lazy and arrogant to leave his chair. He was abusive and keyed the order incorrectly. The owner came and apologised, he also rang and apologised, so we gave benefit of doubt much to our demise. We are now dealing with a new sales assistant who can't get my name right in emails, delivery address wrong and ever growing delivery date. Then receive an email saying I owe money as the doors have been received by myself. I haven't seen the doors.
As far as I am aware I have paid out a deposit and all I have is a receipt for $1300 and an email with someone else's name.
My advice would be go elsewhere.

Following several discussions with Terry we managed to come to an agreement of cancelling of the order with a full refund. Terry is a fair and reasonable person, it is his staff unfortunately for him that let him down.

I have ordered doors and windows through T&B a few times and have always been impressed with the service and product supplied. On this occasion Terry found out my order was for a project to build my sick Mum a little bungalow to spend time in during her cancer treatment and he pulled out all the stops, accelerated what would have been a 4-5 week wait to a 3 day wait and gave me a price so good I think he was cutting himself short.

The conversations I have had with Terry and Hayden showed that they were super compassionate and empathetic people.

I can highly recommend this company based on all my involvements with them over the last few years.

We were told something would be in within 2 weeks. It took 4.5. I could ordered elsewhere and had it, but they kept saying next week next week, wish they had of just been honest.instead it held us up.

all in all good quality window and I would order from them again but just not under same circumstances.

Ordered a small aluminum window not only was it muck cheaper than every where else but it was a 3 week turn round. Highly recommend.

I bought 2 surplus windows from these guys. Good quality windows for super price.

Such a friendly helpful service, I had no idea where to even start with choosing my windows and doors. With some time and assistance with the sales staff I left feeling like I knew a lot more about the windows and doors being installed into my home. Highly recommended to everyone.
