Got pizza’s delivered for the first time off this place. Absolutely fabulous! Honestly the base was great. Pasta wasn’t too bad either. Totally recommend the the garlic pizza

We been coming here for 6 months and always find good food.

If I could give 1/2 a star I would. We have been loyal customers at this establishment for well over 5 years. Every Friday we would order our dinner here and pick it up. Never had any issues until last night. I placed an order for delivery as pick up wasn't an option. I thought if it's busy then I would order early. I placed an order at 6: 01pm for 2 large pizzas delivered. I was told by the staff that it would be an hour wait. I said no problem and placed my order. At 7: 20 I called up to check on the status of my order. I was told that there was no order and Iif I did place one then it was lost. I was told that I could place the order again and that it would take 50 mins to deliver this time. I was annoyed and frustrated and cancelled my order. Realizing that all other stores would be busy as well. I called back gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again I was told in the time I last called there were 2 orders in front of mine and the wait was even longer. Biting the bullet I just just agreed to the time frame. I asked if I could get one of the pizzas free for their incompetence they agreed. At 7: 40,20 mins after that last call the the delivery driver turns up to my door. She apologized for the delay and charged me full price for both pizzas which were cold. She was unaware that there was supposed to be a free one. My 2 kids were starving and out of desperation I paid for 2 pizzas which too well over 1.5 hours from when I first placed my order. $31.80 for 2 cold pizzas. The driver said she would relay the back the situation to the shop. Very disappointed would be an understatement. Pizzas are generally good here. But if you were to order I'd advise you to pick up rather than getting it delivered.

Thank goodness this place is here! Traditional pizza, well made and full of flavour. Don't hesitate to get your pizza's from this pizzeria.

WOW first time trying the pizza out since new owners and I must say I think iv found my new favourite pizza shop literally the best tasting pizza in the area 10/10

Absolutely horrible. I just need 2 words to describe the food I got. Terrible pizza. Another 2 words. Used to be really good then I got a horrible pizza years ago but thought hey let’s try it again. Excat same. Chicken was white, paler than your walls. Watery base, uncooked sauce, no capsicum to be seen.

All in all despite the good reviews, if you see this one then please listen and never even search this place up again. Maybe if I ate that pizza I would’ve gotten salmonella.

Loved tonight’s dinner, we ordered the large half bbq chicken and meat lovers with a extra capsicum, mushroom and pineapple and fettuccini carbonara. They really use fresh ingredients and load up the toppings, no soggy base here! Everything tasted delicious! Try the garlic bread too it’s extra buttery! Service was very friendly, this will now be our regular local pizza place:)

Absolutely delicious. The pizza bases are amazing. Ordered 6 party trays for a function, everyone was asking where I’d bought them from as they were delicious. Highly recommend.

I previously gave this place a 5 star rating but in the past few months or so the pizza has gone downhill. Thick doughy pizza, overloaded with cheese.it never used to be like that. I noticed they have new a pizza chef (s) and several new staff so maybe the old owner is gone? Regardless, won't be coming back for a while and I hope that they revert back to the way they used to be made because it used to be the best local pizza joint by a country mile.

Customer service was less than average. We walked into this pizza shop and ordered 2 family pizzas and a pasta which we paid a little over $50. I ordered 2 family pizzas because we read the special on their Aboard out front for 2 family pizzas, garlic bread and a drink for $38. Although the middle aged woman who served us did not mention the special, I did a brief calculation and thought I was charged the right amount for the pizza special and pasta. When our number was called we were handed 2 family pizzas and a pasta so I asked the question” do we get a garlic bread and a drink? ” The middle aged woman replied “well No” you did not ask for the special…………………well someone sounds like they may need some education on their selling skills. All that had to be done was for us to pay an extra $2 and receive the special but this woman was too busy telling me that I had to physically tell her I wanted the special. Well no problem because we will not go back. Clearly this business does not need new clientele…. Besides pizza was bland. Pasta was not too bad.

Food is good, but real bad business people. Always lie about card machine saying it's broken so they get paid cash. Deals on website are supposedly cash prices only. Very tight management. All this to avoid tax. Hope the taxation office catches you out. Never again will I come back. Gave them 2 chances.

Perfect pizza for Netflix and chill when your don't have anyone else to Netflix and chill with. That and you won't want to share any of it.
Lived in the area for 15 years and annoyed at myself that I'd not been here till now. Ordered the Taylors Lakes and Mexicana both excellent. Well cooked pizza fluffy dough and just the right amount of topping.

Worst side chips I have ever seen in my life. I don't know how they can give that to a customer. So bad that i had to write a review over chips! I feel sick thinking about it and will never go back for anything.

Freshest pizzas and pastas in Melbourne. Crunchy but moist. Perfect for any customer. Delicious fettucini and creamy sauce. Loved every mouthful.

We're spoilt for choice for good pizza around here. These guys top the lot. Consistently great pizza and schnitzel. Even the house salad is delicious. Hard to fault them. They keep delivering.with their own in-house delivery too. Love supporting a good local business who care about what they produce and the dedication the team at Taylors Lakes pizza show is outstanding.
