I ordered the Melbourne football premiers 2021 signed jersey very late Sunday night and received it 36 and a half hours later.

Do not trust this place. I sent listings off for Beckett authentication opinion and they all came back as not authentic. There is a reason their products are cheaper than anyone else's. These guys should be in jail.

Received the worst customer service from Matt and Russell. When I made a complaint about Matt’s attitude and mentioned that I would be leaving a review as I demanded a refund due to the appalling attitude, I was then threatened with “we have the right to reply and sue if you lie”. Well sharing my experience based off my treatment to which I had witnesses listening is not lying. All of this over me enquiring when my product would be ready and had Matt not have come at me with all his attitude, and just simply responded in a courteous manner then this would have been avoided. Would think twice about ordering as there are much more reliable and better customer service memorabilia places out there.

Purchased some Hawthorn memrobellia which was at a bargain price and in excellent condition. The staff are friendly and helpful and i will definitely be back. Thanks.

The young man in the store has the most wonderful customer service. Very helpful! Just had our second canvas print done by these guys and we're extremely happy! We gave specifics of what we wanted and they were very acvommodating and provided multiple options. We also purchased 2 standard wall prints and they are not only reasonably priced but the orders arrive quick and exactly what you request. We'll definately be back! I've also been to the Doncaster store and the young retail assistant there was also extremely helpful.

This place is an absolute scam! They buy fake NBA jerseys, scribble on a Lebron James, Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant autograph. Frame it and sell for $3000. There is no actual certification for there products, besides a grade 4 word art certificate they attach onto the back signed by the same person. Rude and need to be sued! Stay away, and never shop there. Can’t be trusted what so ever

I bought a Michael Jordan 30x40 dunk poster and I am embarrassed to say that I went through with the purchase when I found out it had NO LEGIT CERT! I mean how did I trust a cert from the company itself? I called about four different and asked them how they get there MJs and I got four DIFFERENT answers! Also one showed me a photo saying it was Jordan doing a Taylormade signing but it was him signing for UPPER DECK. One also said that they buy it from Upper Deck without a cert! IMPOSSIBLE! Contacted Beckett for another opinion and came back FAKE! I declined the offer to get it authenticated by AMA because it is not a known company at all. Got in contact with Taylormade's owner and at first I was not going to get a refund but when he found out that I knew what I was talking about he gave me a refund! Wonder why. Definetly FAKES in this store DON'T buy without a proper cert!

Some of there items are legit but about 90% of them are fakes. I don’t know how they’re still in business.buyer beware do not buy from here.

If we have same law against unauthenticated and counterfeited autographed merchandise as in California, all memorabilia stores in our country should have been shut down. (if you read couple of negative comments here and do a little bit research you'll understand)

If you have spent thousands of dollars here or in other stores in Australia, have them checked by JSA/PSA/Beckett, don't believe AMA in NSW, they are in the same boat.

Bought 2 autographed items from here, recently got them checked by PSA/DNA, 1 of them (with their own certificate) is FAKE and the genuine one was with a PANINI COA.

Also sent some of their listing (those WITHOUT PANINI COA) on Ebay to 'PSA Quick Opinion' and ALL OF THEM have been given a first view of 'Likely NOT Genuine'.

Be good to your own $$$ & health.

I agreed on a price for a standard piece of memorabilia with one of their staff. When I returned later that day, the price was not honoured. This was for a special gift for a family member, not myself. I ended up paying more because I knew how much this item meant to someone else. If I were you, with so many other memorabilia shops around, I wouldn't bother wasting my time for a business like this who cannot honour their promises.

Terrific place, helpful service, not pushy salespeople, listen and suggest.

If I could give them 6 stars I would. Great people to deal with for memorabilia investment. The team (namely Kevin) bent over backwards to provide me with service and information regarding my online purchases. I'm interstate and if your buying for the first time or are adding to your collection, I highly recommend them.
These guys will go the extra mile for you.

These guys do sell some genuine items but most of thier high end items are non genuine they don't or didn't have signing contracts with Ali, Rooney, lebron James, Stephen curry, Ben Simmons or Jordan and every week on eBay sell fake items under rustay38, signedcardsrus and taylormadememorabila at low starting bids and people pay a lot for them. Some of these above mentioned stars can't even sign for taylormade if they wanted to due to thier own signing contracts. Jordan, lebron and Simmons now sign for upper deck only. If it's not upper deck and it's modern it's fake! If you have brought something allegedly signed from a big name celebrity and all it comes with is a taylormade COA get it checked by a professional authenticator. If only Australia and eBay Australia had decent fraud protection against these sellers they would have been shut down years ago they wouldn't survive in the U. K.or U. S. A. Get your items checked and send them back!
