Would have given 0 stars if it was possible. Absolute disgrace. Went on 18/08/2022 for an appointment for annual tax lodgement. These people do not know how to claim complicated cases. Absolute unprofessional behaviour by accountant RISHAV. Does not know anything about tax deductions, had to ask his senior accountant multiple times! Rishav threatened me of deportation from the Australian government if I were to claim complex deductions (absolute hilarious). Made me waste an hour and pay the 110$ fee which I tried to dispute but no avail. Anyways, went to another certified CPA and was about to claim everything without hassle. THINK 3 times before going to this place. 0 stars!

Got my tax return handled by Apeksha. She did a nice and clean job. No frauds, no scams, just genuine tax return claims.
She even helped me claim medicare levy from previous year which I had not done properly. 5 stars.

This firm will outrage you openly by charging you more than your income.my husband have been cheated by this taxperts.very intelligent robbery. I advice anyone who wants to go with this firm, please be careful.

Extremely poor service by Consultant - Manthan - from Taxperts. Manthan is very unresponsive and unprofessional - never connects at agreed time and would not respond to chasers. Never does his home work - calls a client and puts him on hold for very long to do his research and study. Then would promise a call back in an hour to never return, and then goes another chase of weeks. Disappointed

Verh good service by taxperts. Have been doing tax for few years and manthan was very professional.

Very poor service. Tax Agents Don't know basic deductions and will try to get you as little tax back as possible.i went there 2 years and both times they stuffed up my Bank details given to ATO.i had to wait 8 weeks after lodging the return due to their stuff up. Never again going to them. The agent Monthend is the worse. Does not pay attention to what you say and can barely care. Just tries to finish the appointment as soon as possible and get more people in. Save your money and doing it with a graduate accountant or doing it yourself will be better than going to these clowns.

These is the best firm I have ever been to. They are so friendly and support staff that you can never have any complaints. Mr. Manthan shah is my account and he is such gem, he calls me and solves the issue even before I identify one. I love your work guys, keep up the good work.

Honest and reliable service, very friendly staff
They go above and beyond for customers. Will highly recommend their services for taxation and mortgage.

This guys are open cheater, charge you $100 visistibg fee and no work done. I can challenge you that you can find any graduate person have better knowledge then this guys.
I was been there due my friend recommended but guess what when I seat in his office he asking me $100 and the said ohh get your documents first the will talk? Idiot it’s already on taxation office website So learn first how to file tax and understand the clauses! Such a same.try it and then only trust my review.

These guys are totally unreliable.

Despite of calling them at least 4 times they haven’t revert back. I’d provided all my information but still they are very lazy to reply.
