Second time around, two years in a row.

Last year, paid for the normal service, very slow to get started and lodge. This time around, paid for the "Fastlane" as I needed it done ASAP, but it was just as slow as the normal. It's a little disappointing and still not complete. 6-7 weeks so far and no indication on when it will be completed.

Not to mention, they didn't ask the simple question of "is there any additional information? " Yes, literally thousands of dollars in missed deductions between this year and last. Had to pull them up on that this time around.

Correspondence has been minimal too. Not sure I'll be coming back after you finish this return.

Pricing is reasonable. Just wouldn't pay for fastlane again, as it appears to be dead money.

Another thing is for repeat clients, it doesn't seem that they keep key information from previous years. Example, I have normal categories and custom categories in my accounting software. All of which, last year, we explained in great detail. They said they would keep they info on file. This year, had to re-explain the exact same thing over again.

3/5 stars. It's simply okay. Very average experience.

Going into the process of having to do many years of company tax returns was a source of anxiety for me. But the good folks at Taxopia made things pretty smooth. I really liked the option of choosing the level and cost of service to be provided.
