Tawonga South Butchery

Wow! The produce from this butchery was simply outstanding! Whole family were very impressed. The service was superb as well. Delivered to our door whilst at Falls Creek. Fantastic! Highly recommend!

Liam and the staff at the Tawonga South Butchery were really helpful when we came in. They pointed out why they are so proud of their products and even went to the trouble of describing the breeding choices they make on their farm. When we saw how interested they were about their in-house smoking process we bought Pastrami, cabana and Bacon. All cut to our liking right there. All incredible!
The shop had a homely feel with locals and tourists getting the same good service.

Went in with a family for something for dinner. Some guy jumped out from the back and told girls not to touch the glass. Left immediately, sale lost. Basic meat products anyway.

Best steak in North East Victoria grown locally by the butcher. Good range of in-house smoked meats, and economical crumbed and marinated meats for fast meal prep. Highly recommended.

Fantastic friendly service, quality meats and really well priced. A must stop when passing through Tawonga and Mount Beauty. Will be back for sure. The kabanas are fantastic!

Wonderful service. Very happy to help and cut meat for how I wanted to cook it that night. Meat was excellent. Some of the best lamb we’ve had. Will be getting some for the esky to take home before we leave for Melbourne.

My husband loved this place, bought fresh meat daily while we stayed across the road at the holiday park. Great quality.
