Fantastic service and a great selection of local beers, gins and produce to try. A very generous platter was well worth the $35, and I could’ve comfortably hung out for a few hours drinking my way across the region.

Tesla-branded slow charger out the back means you’ve got a great excuse to spend a little time and browse.

Firstly they don’t even deserve my one star. To say i was disappointed is an understatement. The service from the middle aged blonde women working there, I would hope it’s her first day if not she needs to go if your business wants to make money. She wouldn’t make a cheese board since she was too “busy” yet there was no one else at the time maybe 2 customers come in after. Not friendly what so ever and seriously needs a lesson in mannerism. Couldn’t rush to get out of there sooner. Leave the store to be followed out with treats where she tried to get them to sit then force their bums down. One dog has a serious knee condition and the other an old dog with untreatable cancer, not once did she ask if she could touch them or eat. Never will go back here AGAIN! FLAT OUT HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE

We visited the taste of the regions on nyrs eve 2022.
We could not be happier with the service the lady’s provided.
They treated us and our dogs amazing and we felt like true locals.
I would highly recommend this place.

Good beer and local selection of goods.

Unfortunately the middle aged blond lady over charged us, only $3 but it’s still an over charge, so I pointed it out and her response rather then ‘oops sorry, not in the machine etc. ’ no instead she rolled her eyes and huffed ‘3 dollars - god’. Those $3 went in the charity box so was handy getting cash back, but why be so rude? If she’d been over charged with her attitude there’s no way she’d be as polite as I was when I asked for the difference back. Looks like there have been other comments about her before, so maybe shop at the million other excellent shops along the GOR instead.

I Went to taste of the region on Saturday and the lady working there (May be in her 50’s with blonde hair) wasn’t really interested to help us. I think she probably need to find a new job or the company need to find new employee. Other than that it was all good.

Well wasn’t this a huge surprise… we never knew it existed but will have trouble driving past it in the future as the experience was so enjoyable.
Lisa and Kate took us through all our options available and we headed on a taste testing sensation. So many flavours and styles of beers available from the local area.
But there is way more than that available here. Wine varieties, Gin styles cheese plates, chocolates etc… have a look around and you will struggle to find something that you don’t like.

I came in on a cold Wednesday night to get a bottle of wine & the woman working here didn’t say any more words to me than completely necessary, despite me asking how she was & using my manners.

Certainly a vast difference to the bar staff in the pub who were more than happy to use extra words, even to have a brief chit chat which is not expected, but appreciated.

One of the reasons I spent a few days in Apollo Bay was to spend time at the pub & take home some beer because it’s quite hard to find in Melbourne, but I’m not real keen on going back to the bottle shop if outsiders aren’t welcome.

A member of the staff should maybe find work elsewhere, somewhere where they don't have to deal with the public. Can I suggest maybe a Cage Fighting referee or a bouncer. Won't be back EVER!

Very disappointed with the service we received today. My partner and I walked in and questioned the blonde lady about what type of tastings they have to offer, she abruptly pointed to the back of the store and told us to have a look at the menu. We walked down to have a look and she followed us down, we had some questions about what were the different types of wines that came with the tastings, she made it obvious that she didn’t want to help us. My partner asked if they make cheese boards and her response was yes but I was just about to have lunch, we felt quite uncomfortable and nearly took our business else where. My advise to the management is to actually follow up on this worker as reading previous reviews this lady has caused a number of poor reviews due to her service and clearly she hasn’t learnt. She costing you a lot of money and I would reinvest into someone else!

I really want to give a good review for this place because it could be so much better than the experience we had was.we heard lots about it around town and decided to check it out. Big sign saying wait to be seated as we walked in, however we were not talked to at all by any staff until we sat down ourselves, I grabbed our own menus and went to order. It was clear the staff member didn't want to be there or care to attend to guests. If only the service here compared to some other local distillers and wineries around it would really improve overall. I suggest that staff question if they are in the right job or at least be retraind. Very disappointed and we ended up quickly leaving and taking our business elsewhere in town who deserved our money. Great products and produce, terrible service; sums it up.

Delicious cheese platter, amazing wine, and a very warm welcome for us and our dog on a rainy June afternoon. Huge selection of beer, wine, spirits, cheese and other local provisions. Highly recommend! Will be back.

This was a great opportunity to sample local produce, including not only alcohol, but also food produced along the Great Ocean Road!
I'm personally not a huge drinker of alcohol however the ciders here were delicious. None were overly dry nor sour.
Overall a wonderful selection and a must visit for all!

Stopped in with our dog and enjoyed ale and cider tasting paddles with a cheese platter. Lovely staff, delicious food and drinks. Dog friendly. Well worth a visit.

Such a great place! A really memorable place and experience tasting locals wines, beers and foods. Highly recommend this little place for an afternoon tasting, plus you can buy some chocolates for later!

Stumbled on this place on a recent visit down Apollo Bay. Exceptional local beer, friendly and knowledgeable service, amazing local wine and also gin. You really need to come here numerous times to truly experience it. Will definitely be back!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. It's a nice place to just relax with friends and family over local beer or spirit. I found a premix here which I have never seen anywhere else - Jameson Scotch and Dry. My friend enjoyed the local beer tasting. Certainly recommend for beer lovers or for even just a relaxed outing.

I dropped on in for a quick dash of wine.
To my surprise there was a great variety of local beers on the left wall upon entry.
Upon further inspection the have beer tasting and wine tasting, as well as a cafe with coffee and cakes. I absolutely love the concept and need to come back to check it all out in depth.
