27 Really disappointing stay.
Very noisy park at night, lots of parties until late (2am the first couple of nights), so not very family friendly. New manager advised they had received many complaints over several days, however she was also overheard saying that the people complaining are the issue (go figure), and she was quite rude in general.
Also compared to other parks the powered sites are super small and very dusty so with all the cars driving through constantly it just turned the sites into a dust storm.
We moved to another park which was sensational… green grass, shady pool, huge river front sites & noise free!
We love it here. This is our third year coming to this exact caravan park and we will continue to come. Thanks for everything:)
Great location, prompt response from mgt/staff re ant problem in room. Great camp kitchen facilities and pool and air pillow for the kids
They were unwilling to make a refund due to Covid lockdown. They did offer credits for next season, but when I came back to them they told me the credits had expired. They were unwilling to make any concessions and were not very understanding. TL;DR, $500 was paid to them for no services in return.
Clean, well-resourced and tidy park, and very friendly staff. Our ensuite site was brilliant but would have benefitted from some grass or a “pad” of some sort to soften the dust … but this did not detract from our stay!
I have stayed at this park several times now, and enjoy my stay each time. It's a pleasant short walk into the centre of town.
The cabins are clean, comfortable and functional.
I'd recommend booking a cabin a row back from the Wandi Rd as it can be a bit noisy with traffic at times.
I look forward to my next visit.
Very friendly and very clean with plenty of activities for kids sorted, fantastic amenities and great sights. With new cabins and more arriving soon we will be back.
