Great prices and reasonable range. Super friendly staff. The meat is heaps better quality than any supermarket

2nd time I have now got pork belly from this butcher in south morang and found their leaving the ribs on to increase the weight of this product. It can’t be used and get thrown out.

I struggle with shopping in large places with a lot of people. My son has done our shopping for years because of my debilitating anxiety.
I visited this place today, and the place is so clean and the staff are so helpful and friendly, it made my first shopping in years, easier than I thought it would be.
To the lady who helped me work out how to use the basket trolly, thank you, you seemed so caring and even without me saying much, you were gentle and guiding. You are appreciated.

Been shopping here for years. Best meat in the area with a huge range of cuts and prices are excellent. Makes supermarket meats taste like toiletpaper.

L find the prices are reasonable and there is always plenty of meat available. They also have some pretty good specials.

These guys have a great butcher shop. This is the first time I've shopped here and I was very impressed with the large selection of meat on offer. Prices are good considering the excellent quality cut of meat, with or without fat in a excellent clean and transparent packaging.

Of course the Tasman butcher shop also stock Poultry and Seafood. Excellent choice of Poultry, with a large selection of Chicken fillets. Although, at the time, I didn't find the variety of Seafood selection ample to what I'm normally accustomed to.

However, the shop did have several variety's of raw and cooked frozen Prawns in 1Kg bags at a good price. They also have a large assortment of fresh frozen vegetables to complement your fresh selection cut of meat.

Moreover, it's the taste of the meat that’s really important to me. And after tasting their meat for the very first time, I was extremely impressed with the taste of the Lamb cutlets, the Chops, T-Bone Steaks and the Pork chops were all bloody delicious!

Didn't think they were going to taste that good. And it's because, I believe, they were most importantly good quality fresh meat.
As long as they keep up the good work, and the fresh good quality products I will be back there again!

Definitely worth trying out Tasman Butcher's don't take my word for it.

Very poor service. Staff have no idea how to communicate to customers. Eftpos not working so tried 3 registers still no joy. 1 staff went off to to tell someone else and and then carried on serving other customers. I waited 10 minutes on my own no one communicated to me whether I will be able to pay or not. I asked if they could hold onto the meat and I will return after an hour. Came back found the staff member that had my meat she came back to the register and proceeded to serve another customers right in front of me. Again eftpos not working and no communication from the staff to resolve this she just called out anyone paying cash and ignored me again. I eventually walked out.

Low grade meat, poor service, refused an elderly lady entry who could not wear a mask and turned her away infront of me, i questioned them and they said they would not accept exemptions even though she looked like she was in her 90s and frail, definately wont go back there

Great meat but the butchers are bloody rude, I spent 200 bucks on meat there and asked for a tear off of butchers paper to wrap a brisket and the butcher outwrite said no and was incredibly rude about it too.

My wife and I have shopped at Tasman Meats for several years. The quality of the meat and cuts are always first rate, and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Disgusted with the constant reports of vulnerable members of our community being discriminated against due to not being able to wear masks. I even heard of an employee being told to leave because she is medically exempt and cannot wear a mask to work. Disgraceful and completely against the Equal Opportunity Act (vic).

Very disappointing in the fact that the meats used by date is 1-2 days. Did my weekly shop here for the first time and didn't think to check dates as I've heard good things, went to go use the mince the next day of buying it and had expired. Checked the rest of the dates and have 1-2 days to use

Extremely clean and organised outlet prices displayed clearly always have something on special also marked down fresh stuff staff greet you wit smile prices very reasonable not to forget plenty of parking

So far I've only bought the chicken, and I'm totally impressed. And I love the man size Maryland. A huge favorite with my family.
Meat is moist and full of flavor. But then I am a good cook.
Service has always been friendly and courteous. Well done.

It's pretty good, decent prices. They do need to try to cut the meat to a similar thickness though if it's in the same pack.

On Tuesday ask the butchers to cut me half lamb in cubes for souvla. Instead of lamb the cave me coat.
I knew something it was wrong with the meat when we put it on the spit. It was pink color and no fat on the meat. They cave me coat and they charge me for lamb. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL
At Tasman Butchers (Brimbank) never had this problem. This is my first time at this shop (South Morang) and the last. Not recommended to anyone to go there. Staff not friendly at all at the counter.

If you want to buy frozen potato cakes, this is the place to go. Great customer service and they sell a lot of food at a great price. Love this place!

Purchased the italian sausages and they stink. Threw then in the bin. The chicken at this place is pretty bad too. Most of thr meat smells off
