I went to the shop with my girlfriend, we weren't really looking for anything but ended up updating my wardrobe as the sales assistance/manager was so good at putting things together and styling me up and she gave us so many different ways of mix and match items together we ended up with a whole new wardrobe and heaps of confidence.

The manager was so helpful even when she was very busy helping other customers while still given us her full attention

Went looking for a suit for a wedding I had coming up and had no idea where to start, the sales assistant manal was absolutely amazing with her help. She was so knowledgeable about different styling and colour options and I left satisfied with my purchase. Her outfit selection got me plenty of compliments at the wedding!

Absolutely pathetic customer service

Did a click and collect order and the manager had called and said the pocket square wasn't available but it should be by the end of the week- followed up the next day and said the same thing.

Called 10 times each day for the last 3 days and got hung up on everyday due to "bad reception"

Went in today, a week after I needed the items and the door was closed with a sign saying back in 10 minutes- waited for 25 minutes

Walked into the store- the shop assistant was rude, grabbed my order and told me it still wasn't done, could clearly see the pocket square I needed behind her on the wall rack
Told me "we only have the one so I can't put it in your order"?

Had a look in the bag myself and all the items were there, however nobody bothered to contact me and say all items are available for pick up

Do not recommend.

Took a punt and bought a new jacket here.can't recommend because as soon as I got it home it began "bearding". Bearding is when the interior stuffing pokes through the outer shell, especially on the sleeves and areas where there's a lot of movement. The stuffing is white, the outer is black - looks shabby, won't be back. The girl working there was friendly though so an extra star.

I bought a full suit from these guys and been helped by the branch manager, she was lovely. However, she decided to alter my trouser and next day I couldn’t wear it because it was short. Never gave me solution or a refund. That was $119 won’t go back again.

I'd like to compliment the best female salesperson MANNEL, for the excellent service she provided me last to last week. She know what suits you the most, moreover her recommendations might be better than yours.she is polite, elegant and not your ordinary female sales person. Keep up the great work. XX

I called few different men’s clothing stores for help and when I called the Northlands Tarocash store Burak was so refreshingly helpful I decided to drive 1 hour to meet him and buy the suit I needed for a wedding.

His attention to detail and passion for for customers giving honest advice as well as general conversation made everything an incredible experience.

I’m now in Queensland and calling Burak and Manal, Such willingness to rescue the situation of being without the shirt I need for the bridal party as all shops here are locked down and without the stock, some quick thinking by the team especially Manal using after pay to express post the shirt.

Absolute life savers thank you so much Burak and Manal I’ll be sure to come in with a lil gift of appreciation when I get back home to Melbourne.

Great range at reasonable prices.
Staff are their greatest asset.
Bought suit, shirt and tie and was helped by Celine who had great product knowledge, was helpful with suggestions and was cheerful and attentive.

Mrs demit helped me find a perfect outfit with excellent customer service and even stayed back after hours to help me I highly recommend she is amazing

Absolutely ripped off! I spent $280 on a blazer, shirt and chinos. Online it would've cost me just over $100. Do not shop here, I have never felt so ripped off in my life. Customer service was awesome but no wonder why! #chaching$$$

My partner and I have been served by several staff at this store and have been impressed each time with their manner, genuine enthusiasm for their job and ability to work with us to find some great new looks for him. We are both very impressed with the quality of the products too which compare favourably with other brands. Recommended.

Good range of casual and formal clothing options. Can recommend the chinos as the fabric is a thicker better quality than some competitors' product. The service here is second to none. They will take the time to show you different options even when very busy.
