THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN RETAIL AND THE APPALLING ATTITUDES OF THE TWO FEMALE STAFF MEMBERS WAS DISGRACEFUL. NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. HOW WOULD YOU FEEL WHILST YOU WERE USING A FITTING ROOM THAT THE STAFF PUT ANOTHER CUSTOMER IN THE SAME FITTING ROOM WITH YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS, CLOTHES, PHONE AND WALLET ONLY TO BE TOLD ABRUPTLY…. I HAVE MONEY TO MAKE! THERE WERE 2 OTHER VACANT FITTING ROOMS THAT WERE AVAILABLE-NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS. TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NON EXISTENT.
I went in today to purchase a pair of Lucas navy boat shoes. A really nice pair of shoes, but the lady was exceptional friendly and very helpful in what I wanted. A big thankful to the lovely Greek lady also
Reasonable stock however the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in retail and deserves a BIG score of 0. The two female staff that worked on 21/8 did not provide any customer service, they were rude and put another customer in the fitting room I was using when there were clearly 2 other vacant rooms that could of been used, no apology, only to be told in a microagressive way……I HAVE MONEY TO MAKE! The poorest of attitudes and disrespectful of customers. #thecustomerisalwaysright
Fantastic service aiden, staff appeared busy but he made me feel very welcome and helped me with everything I need for my hubby. Will be returning again, aiden is an absolute asset to the company considering I’ve had poor service in previous years.
Shopping with son for his formal. Staff member was friendly, knowledgeable & running the shop on her own. Five other customers in shop at same time, wanting to try stuff on & she nailed it! Customer service & professionalism at it's best!
Went to Frankston Bayside Tarocash store this evening looking for a suit and was impressed with the female staff members knowledge, advice and guidance on styles and sizing throughout. Made me feel very relaxed and comfortable, as well as confident in the advice she provided. No hard sell, no price agenda, just great service from a friendly and knowledgeable staff member. Very happy with my new suit.
