Just went in to check on new arrivals. A female staff did greet me and asked me if she can help. I said I am just looking around. I went to check the shelves where checkered pants were laid neatly. The same staff member came to assist me again, she said I am here to serve you. A beautiful gesture from her side. This made this store standout tall amongst others. Recommend this place from the bottom of my heart.

Had an easy experience with Jemma trying to suit up a bunch of us indecisive blokes for a wedding. She was patient with us and really knew her stuff, sizing was perfect. Besides that it was on the pricier side of what I like to spend but the quality shows. I would go here again.

Friendly staff and fantastic service. Came in for my fiancés and his groomsmen's wedding suits and am so happy with the purchase.

Jemma was absolutely the best, with 7 groomsmen coming in for suit fittings she made sure everyone of them felt comfortable and looked perfect to the boys satisfaction, definitely took the hassle off my shoulders! She deserves a payrise with the amazing effort and customer service she provides.

We were served by the lovely staff member Jemma. She was amazing she really knew what she was doing and, was very welcoming from the very first minute we came in the store. She knows how to find the perfect clothes to compliment your figure, and pairs them together to making a exceptional outfit. We will definitely be coming back here again

Today we went to get a suit, and we met Anthony.at Tarocash Narre.he listened, he took time and care to choose not only the suit that suited my husband, but the tie, an alternative jacket and 2 shirts that fit so well.you'd think a tailor made them especially for him. Ask for Anthony when there, and l hope your suit fits as well.

Big thanks to Joshua for helping us find a suit to fit my Partner. Got everything we needed. 10/10 Would recommend!

Went here to pick up some shirts and pants for a new job. I spoke to Jacqueline and she was very helpful with identifying good colour matches, and managed to get my pants size perfectly by eye. Super impressed.

The Clothes are ok don't get a suit there have a good look around i made a big mistake buying one the sizes are odd & they don't fit well & if you get one don't get any alterations never again I'm sure you can get better elsewhere at less the price

Worst customer service ever, the 2 girls working there were awful in terms attitude, friendliness and unwelcoming. I went inside the store and there was no hello or how can I help you etc, they lacked basic customer service 101. I picked this cardigan and I went to the counter and asked about the price and her response was "do you want it" so blunt and cold. I don't know her name but she has visible tattoos, please provide additional training for her. I left it and walked out of the store. I went to YD and got a better experience, will not be coming back to Tarocash.

I went to Tarocash to buy an outfit and I had a really great customer experience. All the staff were really friendly and willing to assist in anyway they could. I was served by Michael and he was really knowledgable, very friendly, extremely helpful in helping me choose my outfit and provided an overall fantastic customer experience. I would definitely recommend shopping at Tarocash Fountain Gate.

The service at Tarocash in Fountaingate was very commendable today. There was only one sales person when I entered the store. He was very busy, but he had time for everyone. Even the walk-in little girl asked for a bag to put her little toy, this sales person helped that little girl too.
I was very impressed with his mannerism. Wish you a great day! ️

I was looking to buy a new shirt to wear to a wedding. I had only been in the store a couple of seconds when I was approached and offered assistance. They asked smart questions, listened intently and showed the most relevant option. They continued to work with me until I had found what I was after providing a pair of pants, tie and dress belt to make sure the shirt worked. The service was nothing short of outstanding. Professional, knowledgeable and super friendly. I can't wait to shop there again. Thanks girls!

Pushy salesman and they also put another customer in my change room while I was in the shop looking for other items while my wallet and keys were in the change room. Won't be back, so many other similar shops with better service around.

Recently brought 3 items. One had to be returned and l still purchased another but would not honour my 20% of next purchase voucher even though l spent more money than the original purchase. Not that cheap anyway.
