Seems I have another story of RUDE and LAZY customer service. I purchased a suit from here and a new shirt. The white shirt I wanted was in stock but they were all dirty. The RUDE sales lady tried pushing me to buy another shirts I didn't want before trying to convince me to buy the dirty shirt and that I need to wash it anyway before wearing it! Problem is that if I had of done that and the stain didn't come out, she would have refused a refund later because it had been washed. What a joke. This woman needs to be fired, especially after reading other similar comments.

Selin treated my mum who can’t speak English properly very poorly. She was very rude and aggressive even constantly only offering things on sale as if she can’t afford anything full price. Horrid service on her part and would not go back.

Purchased shoes for $179 but when I got home the label said $169 went back in to complain they said the price changed when we charged you. Not good enough that’s misleading. If you are going to put the price up then take the old price tag of. Epping no good

Epping plaza customer service crew are very ill responsible
3 weeks ago been there to buy suit but they don’t have my size, then said they have to order n I have to pick up in next 3days but they will call me when suit arrives in the store but didn’t get any call I was waiting for 3 days no call. I try to call them lots time in Epping plaza store but their phone coming engaged all the time, then I went to the store they said ‘oh our phone wasn’t working’. And they didn’t get my suit as well’’
Then they success me to buy another suit n they said they will definitely get that in my size in next 2 days. The girl over there she took my name n number n said she will call me in 2 days but again no phone call. I called them again the other lady was there n she said ‘’ that not here today but I pass your message n she will call you’’ today almost 5days no call.
I was so disappointed with the service tarocash Epping plaza gave to me and I’m sure they gave same bad service to other customers. They wasted my time n money that I drove 3 times to the store to wasted fuel.

They have a great range of dressy men's clothing at prices that typically beat the other menswear shops nearby. There are lots of casual shirts with groovy patterns as well as proper dress shirts that you can wear with a suit or under a blazer. The stock is all modern but not hideously trendy as well. The staff are pretty decent when it comes to customer service, too.

Swing by this joint if you're after shirts or chinos.

We went into the Epping (Vic) store to buy a shirt for a family members funeral, the pricing on it was wrong so we took it back to the store and were served by Christie/Kristy (not sure on the spelling), but she was amazing. She made it a pleasure to be there and helped us in such a hard time. Because of her customer service we will definitely be shopping at that store again. Nothing was too hard for her and she made us feel very comfortable.

Im a man who finds it difficult to buy anything other that a pair of shorts and t shirt. Celina at tarocash epping is relaxed easy going and didnt try to push me into buying anything. She made me feel at ease. Great customer service. Cheers smithy rafting australia

Absolutley brilliant customer service from Celina i think her name was she really helped out with selecting an outfit for my Dad's 50TH and a christening and helped mix up the outfit in different ways to give me a wider variety she helped a lot
