Anthony is an absolute legend. He was the only person working there on a pretty busy day, but I still felt fully attended to and never rushed. He gave me excellent advice and helped pick out several items. Super happy with the experience overall!
I went shopping today at Tarocash today and i was given poor customer service today. There were 2 girls working with No customer service! I had to grab the product myself. Very poor customer service. Won't be shopping at Tarocash again. And the girls were swearing several times on the floor while customers were shopping. Very unprofessional. Worst service!

Bought a jacket from Tarocash. Cool style but the lining in the pocket was torn within just a couple of wears. The shop offered to fix it but DFO is inconvenient just to repair so I paid a tailor to fix instead. They told me the inner lining is cheap fabric and won't last that's why the pocket ripped. Too far to go for refund. DO NOT BUY. Jacket cost over $100

Had a horrible Customer service experince, the employee was very arrognat, rude and insulting. He was very pushy and only after an upsell on our small purchase we were making.
I understand how retail works and you get pushed to upsell by your employers but at the same time you don't need to push customers away from their experimce! He actually talked us out of our sale and walked out!
